People like FireSnow, Nonibros, Forever have issues, so they put forth their views. People like Dedenne1, Master Snowy seem to understand the issue & make their points to counter it. Everyone waits for me to take a call. I do that, explain everything in detail. But what does one person have to say about all that:-

Well newsflash, we are on a forum, where everyone has the right to share their views. If u don't feel like going through it, fine, that's okay, ur wish. But putting up a statement like that is really disrespectful to every person involved in the conversation.

Cut-two! I make the effort to make some Challenging Questions for u for the Hidden Immunity Idols & go through the pain of explaining everything in detail. Then I ask u how u want the Questions to be put up. Since there seems to be a difference of opinions, we have a poll & everyone gives their opinion. And what does one person have to say:-

So in other words, I shouldn't waste time putting up stuff, coz u don't have the time or patience to read it right? Fine then, if that's what u guys feel, this is what's going to happen from now on:-

1. As of right now Hidden Immunity Idols are officially canceled, so no Questions, no Immunities, no nothing. There's no use of writing stuff up & explaining things in detail, if someone doesn't even want to make the effort of going through it.

2. No detailed explaining of anything from now on, so if u don't understand something, don't put it up here, I'm not going to address it. If u have an issue, come to personally & I'll explain things in detail. It'll take much longer, but at least it'll ensure that I'm replying only to people who are actually interested in knowing stuff.

3. Since u don't want to go through the pain of reading stuff, u wouldn't want to go through the pain of answering challenge questions or voting either right. Fine then, we'll just go directly to Tribal Council from now on & use RNG to eliminate people. Is that what u guys want?

What's that, I should be more patient as a host? But I don't want to be a perfect host, I'm not God, so I'm very fine with my imperfections, ready to mistakes & learn from them. But if all I get are unappreciative individuals, who don't even want to make the effort to read stuff I put up, sorry I can't work like that. This repeated "I don't want to read this", "I don't want to go through all that", this irresponsibility, is really getting to me now. And I'm being really honest here.
 
Since LegendChu decided to publicly make a huge deal over some posts, I'll respond in the thread as well.

I make a small lighthearted hint that maybe I don't enjoy having to look through a tonne of posts to find something relevant to the game I'm playing... but what does one person have to say about that?

Maybe I stopped going back and reading because every time it's the same thing. Multiple long complaints, and some stuff that is relevant to the game. It gets tiresome going through it all, because newsflash, the arguments get excessive. If someone has an issue that he or she would like to bring up, it can be easily brought up privately, where it doesn't encourage random arguments about what is fair and what isn't, and the game would be easier to play. I would be doing this right now myself, but you seem to be pretty much asking for this kind of response :/

Now I admit I didn't mind when we were ♥♥♥♥posting earlier in the game, but that is only because it was only for a short while and didn't clutter the thread as much.

And, while we're at this, I really don't get why you're so upset. So I don't feel like going back and reading posts here anymore. Big deal. The server locks me out all day, and I come back to see the thread has 2 or 3 more pages? Please. I ain't got time for that.

Finally, in response to your "this is a forum" comment, yes but it's a forum meant for games. Do you see arguments about fairness breaking out in any other threads here? I don't think so... so maybe it's actually a bad idea to create an environment where it can happen here.

Also, what I said warrants being called out for being "disrespectful" (lol) and yet complaints because new people are joining in the game doesn't? How about maybe chill a bit.

And seriously, I do appreciate your hosting and everything. If I didn't appreciate it I wouldn't be playing.

Oh boy, rule number 1 in a game show, don't anger the host.

Now lets not make any hasty decisions.

Let's all just take a second and take a deep breath, and I mean everyone. The last few days have been a bit tense for us all but lets remember why we are playing this game, for a fun way to win a game and meet a bunch of new people that we otherwise may have never talked to in our lives. Now we all have made choices in this game that may have contributed to the tension, myself definitely included, but I'm ready to put down my arms for the good of the game, I joined this game to have a good time and meet new people and to be quite honest, the fun is going away little by little. Now this is not one single person's fault, this is a group effort and it will take a group effort to get this game back on track to what it was. A game of friendly competition mixed in with plenty of goofiness. Let's keep in mind that we are all trying our best in this game and we should respect that, especially respect for LegendChu. He's been an outstanding host and I've really come to appreciate him through all his quirks. He may not have made some popular game decisions, but after taking a second to calm myself and look at it through clear eyes, I know he is doing his best and what he thinks is right and thats all we can ask for. So lets all take that step back, take a deep breath, and respect everything he and everyone does and go back to enjoying the most fun game I've been apart of on this forum.

I hope you all agree with me too because I can promise you one thing, this version of LegendChu will be much worse than Formal Chu ;)
 
I'm actually calm af right now. This isn't a fight. I'm just shooting down LegendChu's allegations of disrespect. He did say it "needs to be addressed now" so I'm addressing it now.

I'm serious though, bringing up issues directly in the thread we're playing the game in really distracts from the game itself. We have those groups right? Where the host is also a member? I don't understand why it can't be there instead. Especially for things that might make the sparkling Pikachu feel unwelcome?

But yeah, I'll be quieter about not reading stuff here if that's what he wants.

And Legend, hopefully you don't take this as an attempt to antagonize you, because that isn't my intention. But I do think your reaction was kind of unnecessary (a simple "hey cb would you mind being a little more polite, your posts are bothering me" would have gone a lot farther than a long sarcastic rant) and I stand by what I've posted in response to it. But I don't know, maybe you had a bad day or week or something.

See cigarette butt, before I go further, u'll also have to understand that the intention was not to humiliate u or such. But when people put in efforts to write long posts, with issues they're having & me as the host I put up more long posts, addressing queries, explaining rules of challenges, Idols & u're like hey "I don't want to read this", its hurts man. And I think I was very clear in the point I wanted to put through, so I'll also stick with it.

Its not easy running an Event of this magnitude & that too almost on ur own. U guys know & understand the effort I put in to make this game as good as possible & I know everyone, cigarette butt included, respects that.

But as a request, if u don't feel like reading stuff, don't (don't blame me though if u miss something important), but don't put it up on the Thread so casually, it makes it feel like all the effort is down the drain :(.

Anyways, let's all chill out & get back to enjoying the Game. And where are the Memes, the epitaphs, the banter, all the goofy stuff?

And as Fire Snow said, "rule number 1 in a game show, don't anger the host". But u've already made that mistake now, so be ready for a (cruel >:)) twist in the plot. U think the "Shock Therapy" was bad enough, wait for what I have in store for u <evil rub of hands> >:) >:).
