It's winter here (I live in the opposite world) so we wouldn't even want to go in such chilly water

Not yet. I went to my mom's apartment a few weeks ago because she has a pool there but they were renovating it the whole week I stayed there. Really sucked :(

oh man congrats!! That's exciting news :))

Yeah it should be good. I don't know if I'll get part time or full time, but I should be working overnights which I usually stay up all night anyways so that works out.

There's no pool here that I can walk to (I thiiiiink), so no swimming for me. Yet. That might change in a few months but idk.

Just means I can avoid my own sunburn for a while longer. :')

i went swimming like twice a few weeks ago, once with my brother and another time at my friends house. when i do get to go it's a ton of fun
