okayy fine ^^I'm hoping to get started hitting the the gym sometime this week, or early next week. It's time to get in better shape.

today i aim to:
- stand up during all my desk work (but take breaks to sit and rest every hour)
- meditate
- powerwalk in the sun during lunchbreak
- do an evening workout (exercises) if I have time before DnD starts
