What anime have you seen has had an amazing, perfectly wrapped up conclusion? You know, the type of ending that just made you reflect and think 'damn, that was amazing.'

Hmm, I don't know about flawless, but I am a really big sucker for endings with "plot twists" that further explains what we saw in the beginning. This is why I liked Madoka so much, [obvious spoilers] but I really liked how Homura ended up being the cause of it and I liked how it eventually led up to Madoka being able to make such a large wish. :3 I thought this was especially intriguing because in the first episode we thought things were semi-normal, however it's explained later that it's all Homura's doing instead.

Okay, also again not flawless, but I really liked Clannad After Story's ending a lot, and how Okazaki was able to go back and live a happy life after living through such a sucky one earlier. I kind of saw it coming, but the way they did it was nice, and it gave reason to why we spent the entire first season (which I didn't actually like very much) focusing on other girls instead of Nagisa/Okazaki.

Probably FMAB... because I haven't seen many other anime that would actually end without somehow continuing (yea, I'm looking at Madoka and Evangelion)

I liked the ending of the Angel Beats anime :3 Sad, yeah, but very conclusive and beautiful when they met again in future lives. Would have wanted to get to know more about where they really were, if there was a god etc, but not knowing kind of added to the atmosphere.

Probably Legend of Galactic Heroes. It wasn't a tearjerker for me but it did manage to hit me on a very personal level, all while wrapping up all of the loose ends and feeling conclusive.

Then again, LoGH was just about flawless on every other front, so it's not like I expected anything less than a perfect ending from it.

After finishing Zetsuen no Tempest, I believe it tied much of the loose ends alongside the standard shipping actually being implied. Pretty good stuff.
I did not like ZnT ending because manga covers more and I wanted ZnT's ending to be really wrapped up because I really loved that anime =)

The ending to Moonphase was flawless. It actually made me come close to crying. Still does every time I watch it. The only flaw that the ending to Moonphase has is that it's the ending. I would have liked to see a second season.

RHCP mentioned Angel Beats and I totally agree. Everybody got their problems resolved and moved on (though for some reason the way they just vanish kinda freaked me out the first time I watched it @_@).
