Team Rocket seems oblivious to the fact that Pikachu's power level resets after every region!

After the incredibly experienced Pikachu is capable of losing to a level 5 Snivy, I don't think it's quite worth stealing after all haha.

Pikachu is so awesome they actually had to make a Pikachu versionfor each region ;P

Pikachu and Raichu are two of my favourite Pokemon, but their clones don't come even close. I mean, there are so many better Electric types, like Ampharos, Magnezone, Electivire, Galvantula, etc.
