Okay, I started my game on Gold.

Starter: Chikorita

• Soloed the first two gyms with Bayleef (who evolved before I faced Falkner, lol), then caught Scyther in the Bug Catching Contest (Won it, too).
• Beat Whitney and Morty (Pursuit!) pretty easily, then got a Miltank HM slave to teach Surf.
• Caught a L22 Poliwhirl in Ecruteak City (underleveled lol), then went to Olivine CIty.
• Taught Poilwhirl Surf and Ice Punch, then beat the Lighthouse and Surfed to Cianwood.
• Beat Chuck easily with Scyther's Wing Attack, then taught Fly to the free Spearow (Kenya).
• Flew to Azalea Town and got the King's Rock in Slowpoke Well.
• Beat Jasmine easily with Poliwhirl's Surf.
• Headed to Mahagony Town, and when Poliwhirl reached L35, he learned Body Slam, then I used TGB Dual to trade evolve him into Politoed.
• Beat Gyarados at the Lake of Rage and talked to Lance.
• Saved in the Rocket Hideout.

Eternal Emerald! - Update #1

Just trying to pull the squad together right now, I have a vague idea of my team, but we'll see! It's ambitious, since it includes shiny hunting, and until I find that Tailow, I can't move on! A little level grinding for Crayon & Lotad will also be in the mix when doing so however. But so far, it's been an eventful few hours, with only a little false luck :<

By the way, what are the rules about ultimates? like:
- Do you have to beat White to complete an ultimate?
- Is 4. gen not needed, since there is no game from there on the list of games?
- Is there a special Emblem for completing an ultimate? (Or just a little mark on the emblem?)

1. Since White isn't even out for everyone yet, an ultimate, right now, consists of doing a game that was in each region, so that'd be Green/LeafGreen, Gold, Emerald, and then HeartGold (this will count as gen IV since DPPt aren't involved in this challenge). If you have White or a White ROM, then I recommend adding that in.

2. HeartGold counts as gen IV.

3. We're all getting the same emblem as it stands.

-Did more beginning stuff, defeated Brendan.
-Started my journey.
-Caught Wurmple at lv 3.
-Caught Lotad at lv lv 4.

-Wurmple evolved into Cascoon.
-Made way to Petalburg. Did the Wally thing.
-Trained team to lv 10.
-Cascoon evolved into Dustox.
-Made way through Petalburg forest, training Pokemon to lv 12 on the way.
-Headed toward Rustboro city.
-Took on Roxanne, defeated her, got Treecko to lv 14 by the end of the gym. (including the trainers)
-Did the Devon Goods thing and then headed to Dewford.
-Trained team to lv 16.
-Lotad evolved into Lombre, and Treecko evolved into Grovyle.
-Defeated Brawly using Dustox.
-Did the next part of Devon Corp. side plot and then left Dewford.
-Made way to Slateport, battled the trainers on the beach when I got there, and trained Pokemon to lv 17-18.

• Beat the Rocket Hideout.
• Beat Pryce easily with Meganium.
• Destroyed Team Rocket in the Radio Tower.
• Traveled through Ice Path to Blackthorn City, then beat Clair.
• Surfed and Waterfalled to Victory Road and wasted English.
• the Elite Four were set up and knocked down easily, then Scyther swept Lance with 2 Sword Dances and Return OHKOed 'em all!

~Then some stuff happened

~Took on Juan his Kingdra was a pain maxing out Double Team & then Resting.

~Got to Victory Road
~Wally surprised me I guess I was in the R/S mindset
but he was no problem to beat
~Got to the Pokemon League
~Used up all my money and Fullrestores and revives.
~First up Sydney He stood no chance didn't even hit me.

~Next was Phoebe Her Last Dusclops knocked out Leah but fell to Conner

~Glacia was a bit more hard She knocked out Patrick and Conner.
Murphy did most of the work I ended up reviving Patrick to Leaf Blade he last Glalie.

~Drake was Easy his Kingdra was the only thing to survive more than 1 turn though it did bring Murphy into the red.

~Wallace held me up with his tentacruel,Milotic and Gyarados though they all fell to Conner

~Made it too the Hall of Fame

~This took longer than I had expected, I also have a new fondness for Ludicolo and Kecleon, Most of all Kecleon I'm going to have to raise one in my SS now.​

Alrighty, so this means I'll be using Torterra, Yanmega, and Roserade for HG.

- Trained a little. Defeated Gary by the Pokemon League.
- I head through the Viridian Forest, and head into Pewter.

-I defeat Brock quite easily with Bulbasaur's Vine Whip. It OHKO's his entire team.
- Finally, I get the Running Shoes.
- I head through Mt. Moon, and get to the other side. Soon, Bulbasaur evolves.

- I go and battle Gary, and he is defeated. Then, I head into Cerulean Gym before I head north.

- The trainers in the gym and just wrecked by Ivysaur, including Misty.
- I soon head north, defeating everyone on the way to Bill's house. I change him back into a human, and get the SS Ticket.
- Now on Route 5, I capture a Bellsprout. I train it up on the way to Vermillion, and in Diglett's Cave. Soon, Bellsprout evolves.

- My team gains even more levels while defeating trainers on the SS Anne. I beat Gary, and get Cut from the Captain. The ship sails off once I depart.
- I now decide to head into the Vermillion Gym. Since there was only probably one Magnemite in the whole gym, it was pretty easy.

- I am sure to pick up Flash before I leave for Rock Tunnel. After entering the cave, I come out quickly, knowing the way. I head from Lavender Town to Celadon, where I fight Erika. Scyther would be able to OHKO everything here with Wing Attack.

(I forgot to take a screenshot here, hehe...)

- Anyway, I saved inside the Rocket Game Corner, where I prepare to battle the organization.
