dont just go in and out of the town , they come nearby and then coming back to their previous spot if you do that , it kinda needs luck , just move from route to route trying to follow them and they might jump on you in the wild . just dont use fly since it ruins your attempt

you can find Electabuzz in the wild in Route 10 ( which means you need to complete Johto )

sadly you cant get Pichu in the wild =( , so you need to reach to Viridan City in order to find Wild pikachu . which way far ..

If you have the physical copy of the game, you could always just go download the Yellow Forrest mystery gift course for the PokéWalker and catch one of the Pikachu there.

Alternatively, you could wait 'till you get a rod better than an Old Rod and try to catch a Chinchou.

Just fly randomly and if you're close to 'em save the game and look for 'em...
If ya won't find them reset ROM :)
They should be on the same place but ya have to hurry since by reseting the ROM their location will be different more quickly

The Move Deleter is located within Blackthorn City, the location of the eigth Gym Leader, Claire. He is found within the same house as the Move Relearner and only asks for a Heart Scale in return.

Tip: To find Heart Scales, you can use Rock Smash on the smashable rocks. You will have the chance of gaining some Heart Scales by doing so for future uses too.

Aight I'm in golden rod city. I done got the 7th badge so I'm back there trying to do the team rocket thing. I done did the disguise. I beat the leader guy up top and he gave me a key. Desperate hook. It's in my key items. I don't know what to do next. I can't get in this door in that same building so I don't know where to go or what to do. Any ideas?

Also is there anyway to unlock yellow forest with out living in japan?
 
Use it on the door on the third floor.

Yeah, you use a Wi-fi Event to get the course.

I'm in front of the door. I press A and it gives me so jap and ... Then next line jap and a !
I go to what looks like a key pad and I get jap and a ! Then more jap a !
The door never opens. Am I stupid or what?
 
I dunno, then. I followed Silver's walkthrough.

Thats it! Thank you so much. Now I really do feel stupid lol. Cause I went through the underground thing and came out the other side but I never thought of turning right XD

Aight I activated mystery gift and it seemed to have givin me this weird box looking thing. I clicked it and it was a pikachu. I went to the pokemart and talked to the delivery guy. it was all jap but a word was in red. He left. I got no pikachu. does anybody know what I did? Did I activate an event? cause I didnt get my pikachu that i can find he isnt in my party, nor in my pc.

Do you have ROOM in your party?
 
Yes I have room in my party. I googled it and figured out that it is the pokewalker event. i then found a youtube video. The dude did the wifi thing just like i did and got the same thing I did talked to the guy the text did the same thing and then put his pokewalker up to it. Yep i need the poke walker. tis sad.
Now Im back on the story and stuck again. Im in Ice Path. got passed the dude cause I got the pokeball containing waterfall. But now Im in a big room trying to get to the center so i can go down the ladder. is there a guide to this yet? Or do yall know which rock to hit in what order lol. Im gonna continue going around and around till my DS dies XD

It's probably the Pikachu Pokewalker thing. So you'll need the Pokewalker.

EDIT: Didn't see your post :P
There's 4 rocks, it doesn't matter what order you knock them down, just know all of them down.
 
The boulders up top. Gah im being such a noob today. I saw them up top but didnt even bother knocking them down XD

I don't think there is an option, looking at it with the English patch. It's like in R/S/E, every person/trainer you meet is added to your PokeNav and I don't think you could delete names... if you can, then cool.
 
How do I restart my game? <_<
I want to start a game, trade Cintaquill over, restart, trade a chicorita(sp?) over, restart and play it. Only problem: It won't let me save when I hit the second option which I thought was 'new game'. No Rom, no English patch. Bought the game from Play-Asia, opened it, and put it in my DS. ._. I can't find a "delete game" option....
Searching doesn't help either, since all it brings up are ROM file questions.
