Appearance:
Felicity is a petite fair-skinned young woman of Galarian and Kalosian descent, standing at only 5' (152 cm) tall. Her long fluffy mane of blonde hair is kept loosely tied behind her back in a ponytail, though sometimes she'll simply keep her hair down and let it cover the two faint scars on the left side of her face when she's in a more casual setting. Regardless of how she wears her hair, Felicity has a naturally intense gaze that makes her come off as more serious of a person than she actually is.
Felicity wears a two-tone green kimono that not only matches the green in her eyes, but also indicates her position in the Supply Corps. Her own personal flourish to the standard uniform is a worn green-gray sailor's overcoat that she puts over her kimono or drapes over her shoulder.
Personality: Felicity is someone who strives (and strains) to present themselves as the perfect, proper young lady that she had been expected to be as a member of Galarian high society. She's the sort of person that will give a cheerful greeting to a neighbor, invite them over for a cup of tea and talk about the various things going on in their lives. She has a deep love for exploring, relishing the opportunity to explore and soak in the culture and nature of wherever place she's in.
She maintains a polite and overly formal disposition with colleagues and friends alike, often to the point of coming off as a bit stiff and tightly-wound. Further adding to this perception is her tendency to strictly follow rules, be it in her own personal conduct or in her work. She can also be seen somewhat of an airhead due to how easily distracted she can be and how often she loses track of time, much to her chagrin of making her look incapable and being at odds with the image she tries to project.
Regardless of her distractibility and quirks, there is no denying that Felicity is a very diligent worker with a can-do attitude. Having experience being around her father's shipping company in Galar, her skill sets and insights into the shipping world were able to net her a higher ranking position within the Supply Corps. Being away from the life of material comforts of Galar and feeling as if she can only rely on herself, she feels driven with a burning desire to perform to the absolute best of her abilities. While it is admirable that she values the importance of hard work in her life, despite an upbringing that seemingly could have given her anything she wanted, it's apparent that Felicity does not know how to balance work and life well, often leading to periods of burnout that she can only helplessly beat herself up over until she's able to muster the strength to keep moving.

Growing up on the farm back home, Arthur is a rugged and well toned man. Strict diets of home grown produce and a rigorous exercise routine keeps him in shape. A life of working on farms and manual labor jobs has lent itself well to an impressive height of 6'4". A homebody by nature, Arthur doesn't often spend a lot of effort in making himself look especially fancy or fresh, his thick mane of black hair is mostly unkempt and pulled back into a sweeping mullet for convenience. Though, his Ma would kill him if he let his facial hair get too unkempt like his Daddy's, so he keeps his face well pruned and trim. Handsome and rugged, Arthur's features are chiseled from stone. A sharp and angular nose grants definition to his warm brown eyes, wide lips are good for smiling and frowning both and folks back home joked he could cut stone with his chin and jaw. His neck is thick as a tree trunk and his shoulders broad as a Tauros.
That is to say, all things considered, Arthur is a man's man. He's bulked up, broad and beefy to the extreme. For his work and his hobbies, that becomes a bit of a necessity, but he'd be lying if he said it didn't have its flaws. Known to wear his father's old black duster and leather pants, boots built for kicking and some workers gloves, Arthur is aware that at first glance he can come across as a pretty intimidating guy. It has its benefits, that, but it's a little uncomfortable when you can feel peoples eyes on you when you're on a round trip to the grocers.
Personality:
Arthur is a quiet sort, not used to talking much. Most things don't need to be said when you're his size and often times it can be better to zip the lip and focus on work. Yapping never brought the harvest home, as his Daddy used to say. Diligent and dedicated, Arthur doesn't leave a job half finished, especially when someone's dinner is on the line. Chipping through the stone takes a bit of time, but when someone puts the effort in they'll find that Arthur is surprisingly quite verbal about a number of subjects he's passionate about. His parents always pushed him to be well read, even when working on the farm, so he has a strong interest in literature, history and geography, the lay of the land in Hisui especially is a point of strong interest for him. At his core, Arthur is a kind and friendly guy, somewhat handicapped by his intimidating appearance. While he might seem awkward or abrasive at first, he's open and friendly with his friends and always dedicated to his work on the farm.
The only exception to this rule... lies with pokémon themselves. For reasons he won't disclose, Arthur has a strong dislike for pokémon that seems even more unfounded than the common fear of the every man. Why does Arthur hold this grudge for the super powered critters? Why did he come to Hisui in the first place? Questions we may find the answer to in his adventures to come.
