Hmm, now what if...?

Then Steelix would get banned to Ubers.

What if Arceus isn't really God?
 
Then there'd probs be only one version with Mewtwo in the box art.

What if Regigigas never had Slow Start?
 
He would drive me even more crazy than he already does! x_x

What if Magikarp was really the strongest of them all?
 
Then Mega Hydreigon would potentially be the most broken thing ever.

What if there were always only 15 types?
 
There would be severely unbalanced Pokemon.

What if Nurse Joy owned a Pokemon that couldn't heal anything?
 
Then some of the evil organisations would be pretty stuck for a plan.

What if Professor Oak was really the mastermind behind Team Rocket's evil schemes? D:
 
Theeen we wouldn't get the feels at the end of X/Y!

What if all the evil organisations ganged up in one game?
 
Pokemon would be a lot less fun to play!

What if you could, as a trainer in the games, pursue other life options as well; such as finding a (Boy/Girl)friend, Becoming a Breeder/Performer/Gym Leader, or pursue other interests and hobbies as well? Not just like...try them out as mini-games; like legitimately choose a path and beat the game in that path, with each path having different win conditions; and the game playing a lot more like a traditional quest driven RPG?
 
Then basically your goals in the core series games would practically be pointless.

What if Phione never existed?
 
Manaphy wouldn't exist.

What if the Sevii Islands merged into a singular landmass?
 
Then that means Team Plasma is affiliated with Team Rocket!

What if the gym guide never existed?
