    Have you started your holiday shopping? What kinda gifts are you planning to buy? Do you prefer to make gifts rather than purchasing them? Basically, chat away about holiday shopping and acquiring gifts for those on your list!

    Never before the 30th of November, no sooner than the 1st of December. Just as buying candy and costumes in September, always remember to never prepare before the month of the holiday, unless you have really big plans that require much more time.

    I don't like that everything Christmas rolls out on the 1st of November. Unless you need something from Black Friday, you shouldn't be trying to rush the store to spend more.

    I agree, seeing all the Christmas stuff out super early is annoying. A local store actually had festive reusable bags out IN AUGUST. I wasn't terribly impressed to say the least, back to school hadn't even happened and there was a Santa bag. Geez...

    That being said, I like to start my shopping as early as possible. If I see something I know someone will like, I'll pick it up; chances are it'll be gone by December. This year, I got one of my presents in March; quality wool mittens were on 50% off, and the design was cute to top it off. Never would have gotten that type of deal had I waited.

    I really dislike crowds, and it can get very cold and icy in December, so those are other reasons for my early holiday shopping.
     
    I don't have to get anything this year since my dad's going away! But I usually do it last minute because I'm forgetful ;;
     
    I just get myself a bunch of Pok?mon plush and sometimes games and stuff really.

    I'm honestly not even sure about what I'll get this holiday season. Part of me wants to go crazy shopping for Switch games just so I have more to play, and the other part of me just want to blow cash on a new phone for myself simply because mine is slightly busted up and is honestly getting worse over time.

    I'm leaning slightly towards just buying some Switch games here and there, maybe some new clothes and whatnot. I don't think I would want anything else other than that, though.

    Oh yeaaaah, I adore both making and getting gifts very much! It's such an unreal process for me and always creates amazing emotions between me and certain people from my life, these are one of my the most favourite moments in case of any holidays! :)

    I've not started my holiday shopping yet, well it's still enough time for this, I usually buy gifts closer to the holidays :) And besides I've already created a plan of which gifts I'll make to certain people and with that shopping becomes an easy thing in fact, of course except some unique and special stuff {XD}

    For example, for two of my friends I'm going to get a couple of their favourite books, also a Gryffindor scarf (one of my friends is a Harry Potter fan), cool perfumes and cosmetics for other. One of my friends adores to collect various wooden models https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1469570445/wood-trick-0 that's why I'll definetely get him a new car or mill model for this year. And for other couple of friends I'll get some art stuff like cool sketchbooks and colored pencils, maybe also several CDs with music of their favourite bands, we share this hobby and it's always a great pleasure for us to get such gifts :)
