I don't have any, as I don't have a use for one right now. Of course that can change in the future if I ever need one.
 
None.

I had an account before this one from either 2007 or 2008, but I ended up abandoning it because I hadn't been on PC in a year and it had a lame username (I think it was Silence but don't quote me on that). So technically I do have another account, but I haven't logged into it in years so I think it's safe to say that I don't have an alternate account.
 
Just one. I believe that it's silly to have more than one Alt account unless you're on staff and have a need for more than one account. For example to test something like permissions, or a new forum feature.

I also believe that it's not quite right that most people won't mention their mains on their alts, but that's really a minor thing, and sometimes it's better for them to hide under the alt so long as they're respectful of the rules. I.E. not sockpuppeting.

But of course, this is just me.
 
I have two alts.

I have plenty of name-holder accounts, though!! From back when there were name changes, I used to create an account for every single username idea that came into my mind. There are probably about 30 name-holder accounts out there that are mine. I have a list of them somewhere, but I'm too lazy to go searching for it.
 
Uhh.. several, but there are really only two that I use occasionally and that's Ru and Pazuru. The other alts have barely seen the day of light these past few weeks... months... however long it's been. Ru was intended to be my main alt, but for some strange reason it switched over to Pazuru, so not even Ru have really seen much action lately. I tend to switch at an alt if I'm using another browser when Firefox is working up, or I just feel like using the alt for some random purpose.
 
Uhhh according to Nick's logic... then Four is my only alt. XD;

But then in general, I have 40 something accounts out there. Don't ask. D;
 
Kristoph. I use it when I have been travelling and I don't have the password for my main available/it's late and I don't want to forget the unread posts by logging in for five minutes before going to bed.

I also have two more, but I only use them for jokes or when I certainly want to be anonymous.

And then I have a last one I still don't know why I created it. Honestly.

Although, the first one is the only one I really use anymore and that third one was a troll account I made that never got off the ground. XD
 
I've got 10+. Barely use them. One-two of 'em are used to test my themes. Others are there to reserve some names.
 
I have two alts. One of them is my akaxrai nameholder, and the other's one that... I haven't figured out a use for yet. XD; I'll get back to you once I know.
 
One, it's called Rashdi04, i didn't use it cuz i left the PC for a year...
