How tall are you, and how does it affect you?

I'm 20 and 5'3"

I think my number 1 issue with being this short is that it definitely doesn't help me in the 'looking like an adult' department, since my face is much younger-looking than I'd like. It also doesn't help that the length of my legs is proportionately short compared to my torso. People my own height always have noticeably longer legs than I do.

One positive thing is that since I haven't grown since the one-inch growth spurt I had at 13 or 14, I can still fit into most of the clothing I had back then, so I don't have to worry about outgrowing favorite shirts or anything.

Anyway, I a 5'0 and it only affects me in driving some cars. (:
 
I'm average for a female me being 5'4" and it doesn't effect me really, only when I'm hanging out with my male friends since they're all way taller then me lol

I'm 6'1" (maybe 1 1/2, haven't checked in a month or so). Of course, I'm like 180 lbs., so I'm just a big dude all around. My friends are pretty happy to have a friend as big as me, as most of them are at least a few inches shorter than me, so I can well... I guess protect them if need be... but just as sort of a security guard. Other than that, I just get a lot of blank stares when I tell people that I'm 14, my life isn't really affected otherwise.


On the topic of the height of our parents, I dunno why I'm so big. My mom is 5'5", and my dad is 5'10". What's weirder is that my grandparents on both sides are (were) about the same heights as my mom and dad, respectively, and my great grandparents on my dad's side were all under 5 feet. I'm the tallest one in my family, including extended family. =p
 
15....and 5' 2"...I know what Edward Elric feels like...Probably because everyone else in my school are like freaking GIANTS...but I'm not picked on by my height (no one dares to pick fights with me for any reason, heheheh...) I feel inferior ._.

I am 6' tall and still growing. I think that's a good height for someone my age. XD; But I like being taller.
 
I'm 4'11, and sometimes it does affect me. I'm only in the fifth grade, and I'm just rather uneasy around my friends. I'm taller than all of them, and it sort of bugs me.
 
I'm about 5'6 verging on 5'7. I'm taller than all my friends and nearly my brother who is 3 years older 0.0
 
I'm 6'2". I guess this is considered tall, but I wouldn't mind being taller.
 
I'm 5'10" and nearly as tall as my dad, my height dosn't bother me, I don't care how tall I get; I would be bothered if I was short for my age though.
 
I'm 5', have been for a very long time now.

The thing that bugs me the most is that I can't reach a lot of stuff on the higher shelves. Either I have to bug someone to get it for me, or I have to get a step stool. I've gotten used to it, though. I've never been anywhere near tall in my life.

Uh...I'm about 175-178cm. Which is about...5'9? Meh, I'm used to the metric system. It's way simpler :)

5'6 which is not tall or short for a girl - just average.
 
i'm 16 too & im a male turning 17 in july & im 5'5 but thats average for mexicans even though most my friends are 5'10 to 6'2 you get over cuz it dose'nt bother me anymore
