I regret searching for an image for this lol
Even had safe search on
Anyway... I could probably... like... hmm... make needles out of ice for injections?
I'd be great for cooling down people with high fevers though at least =D
While I'm not exactly cut out for the writing world, I could always document my travels in the Pokemon world and have a Pokemon like an Alakazam ghostwrite more exciting versions of events as fictional stories for me.
Oh nice! That's the one aspect from Pokemon games that tends to interest me over the course of the story, so having a job essentially being a lorekeeper would be awesome! (and it would allow travel, BIG plus) I'd love to start with the history of Unova, followed by the great war of ancient Kalos! (biggest reason I'm looking forward to the new game) Not too sure what pokemon I'd want to help me with this... Probably a Noctow to look all smart and official, a Xatu because something something time vision, maybe a Slowking to help with research, and perhaps a Sylveon to help keep me relaxed after a long day of study. I wouldn't want an Alakazam though, as I'm pretty sure it could just do my job for me but 100 times better than I could lol.
...Uh. Basically heals whatever you need with Blissey, right? Might be the Brick Break Blissey that no one else wanted. Certainly realigns a spine one way.
At least I'd get to travel! :p I'd imagine it's pretty much just the same as being a reporter IRL, only maybe having a Pokemon help you talk to other Pokemon if you intend to interview those as well.
Psychiatrist (what do I look like, a Gardevoir? >.>)
I'd get a team together capable of talking to both myself and to any of my Pokemon patients. Yes, I said Pokemon patients. Enough people care about human problems, I'm the one who cares about Pokemon problems!
Keeps track of books easily enough with a computer. Does not need a Rotom or Porygon for that. Appreciates a Minccino for its love of cleaning. Besides that, maybe someone like Kadabra for having hands, not being overqualified (like Machoke), and not being too much of a wildcard or dangerous (like Pangoro or Magmar). Probably knows a decent amount about the books too, as a bonus. Might help with curating the selection.
I can just custom make the tools for the job from ice =D
Spoiler:
Not sure how well I'd handle having to cut open people/Pokemon though... I mean I can handle blood, but I don't think I'd like to see living thing's insides =\
Involves washing a lot of objects and dogs. Calls for some Water-type. Imagines a Mudkip getting along decently with various dog Pokemon. Might prevent feisty Houndours and Houndooms from lighting everything on fire too.
Probably helps to have a dog Pokemon as a friendly face to other dog Pokemon. In that case, Herdier (or any other stage in the line)? Seems like a decent choice.
