I'm okay with hugs but never really initiate them since I'm a shy tsun lol. Some of my friends are huggy and will run to hug me in greeting, I just do my best to hug back without being awkward. No problems with affection, it's just my family and most friends were never overly affectionate people so that stuck with me.

I do, yes... but I only like hugs if I now I'm being hugged. Unexpected touch is more likely to send me screaming or liable to elbow the person. No joke. As for affection in general, not really. I have a hard time showing it. It's not that I don't love or care for anyone... because I do. It's just... because of well... you know... it's really hard to express it. :c
