a part of me wants to get this year over with in the hopes next year will be better

this year has been too much of a wild ride tbh

for me, this year went by super quickly until we got to October. October dragged on for years, tbh. Here's hoping 2019 is even better than 2018 tho.

I did lots of awesome and unusual things this year. Went to a cinema. Bought a wooden carved Mexian-themed skull key chain with my own money. Watched 100,305,831,091 movies. Wrote some pretty good shit about like, I don't even know and started making the tea.

I love this year. One of the best of my life, and though fleeting it was perpetually golden. But 2019 should be promising - I'll be taking a step closer to getting into a fine acting academy, and if everything goes well... then I'll have a pierced ear and a stud! Suck on that, privileged-generations-of-whose-acquaintance-I-am-yet-to-really-make! Save for a few non-jerks who I love but they'll be privileged on the other side of their faces when I win an Oscar.

Year dragged on in parts but in some respects, it flew by. That happens when you're busy day in and day out. If you're not busy, it can feel like it dragged on forever. Still have November and December to go but I'm curious how many people we lost this past year. That's something to reflect on.
