I forgot.

It depends. Things like taking my medication are easy to remember. I do tend to forget a lot when it comes to other stuff. Like, I'll think of something in the car on the way home, and by the time I GET home, I've completely forgotten all about it. Even worse, there are times when I never remember what it was I thought of. My memory is horrible. :|

Important? Not usually, at least if it's something that I know is actually relevant to me. Especially if it's super-important. I've forgotten "important" things before, but mostly because the person who decided I should be included in such important things did something like mention it once in passing and then never again.

Yes I will forget about things if done in that manner.

But otherwise, I'm not likely to forget, especially if it's something that might worry me or that I'm looking forward to. You're not dislodging those thoughts from me then.
(And if I feel like I actually might forget? That's why I keep notebooks, to jot down reminders.)

literally all the time. I forget my meds, homework, appointments, I've forgotten to do entire projects before, I forget names. The questions should be "What do I remember?" lol and the answer's probably nothing

I actually have quite the good memory! Though I tend to forget small things like what I went into the kitchen for or what I was going to look up online. I remember dates and other things pretty well I think.

90% I remember important things. Every once in a while something will get missed, but like Sylph said, mostly because it gets mentioned in passing and doesn't have much time to sink in.
