Details

Make an icon with vintage as the theme. This can be anything you want as a subject. Make an icon of a vintage book or furniture, or make an icon of your favorite anime appear vintage. Entries should be judged on who best captured the theme of vintage. You'll have one week to make your icon, in which you must post here along with your stock, and one week for voting.

Not sure about this tbh. My idea of vintage is less vibrant and a little softer and man I'm having trouble with that lol. Will probably end up making something else that's better but my as well post this now.

I'll probably extend the deadline a bit so more people can participate, just so everyone knows. Haven't decided yet since there's still time, but I want to make sure at least five people get up in this. :)

I'm always hesitant to do icons because I can never work with such small canvases besides spamming gradient maps haha.

Tried my hand at some commercial-like poster on a wooden background. withered my sun and ripped a little. All on a vintage base.

So I started by just typing in vintage on Google Images to see what I liked. Here was the result of that resource.

Then, I moved on to think of someone to put on it. I figured, an iconic woman from the past... hmm. Marilyn Monroe. So I searched for her. I was lucky enough to find her on a vintage chest!
