[PokeCommunity.com] If you had the chance to create a Pokétch app

As the title says, if you had the chance to create a Pokétch app, what would it be?

[:] Will it be useful/helpful in anyway? If so, towards what and how?

[:] Do you have an idea of how it may look (don't be afraid to describe how it would look with hawt creative details, okay? You may even draw it and show us just what you mean if you prefer.)

Once you get a couple of ideas for Pokétch apps ya'll would make if you were ever given a chance, share your opinion on others here as well!

I would create an application which could accurately analyse the IVs and EVs of the Pokemon in your current party.

    This is an idea for the interface;

Have two columns though for the left hand side. One will list EVs and the other for IVs. Where the item box is below the Pokemon sprite, can be details of the Hidden Power, both type and power output.

I'd be much more simpler and common.

I'd make a phone app. It'd just look very simple, with a list of people you could call (there'd only be about six or seven - two professors, Barry, Dawn, "Mom", Looker and possibly Cynthia, Palmer and Flint as they seem closer to you than other characters) and they'd just say things depending on how far you are in the game, like in Johto and Hoenn. There'd maybe be a small monochrome sprite of their lead/mascot pokémon (i.e. Starter, Infernape, Garchomp) next to their name. Oh, and it'd have a nice annoying feature where your contacts can call you, and when they do, your app is automatically switched to the phone, just because it can't be perfect. And because it'd be weird answering calls with the pedometer :P

I'd like something like a radio app so that you can play the current music in the style of the past generations, or even play past generation music. It'll have 2 music notes: you can tap 1 for the former function I described and the other for the latter function.

Same exact thing, really. I will sh*t bricks if something like this ever comes out though, Nintendo seems really adamant about keeping those stats hidden.

A phone app like a person above said so you can call people like the Pokegear and that other device in B/W.

I would have liked to see an app that lets you see a Pokémon's EVs by scanning it, or whatever. It would have been very useful for EV training, instead of having to use the counter app to count them.

Phone app, EV checker app, and an upgrade to the calculator app which gives it the power of a high end graphing calculator such as the TI-89.

(Sorry, that last part was just the math guy in me coming out xD)

I honestly think things like IVs and EVs.should appear on the Pokemon's status screen, not the poketch. As for an app, possibly something that told the player all or some of the Pokemon that appeared in the area that he/she was in. Lame, I know.

    I wish I could see a Pokemon's stats before I capture it.

For example, if I'm trying to catch a Staryu, the app would tell me what its nature is, moveset, etc. Maybe not every detail about the Pokemon (like maybe not as in depth as IVs) but I'd like to at least see the nature, honestly. It would help a lot and save me a lot of time :[

I would have a Poketch application that compares the differences in forms, and genders of the Pokemon

    :t354:TG

I would create an app that allows you to see how many steps it takes to hatch an egg or egg you have!
couse it was kind of anoying going back and forth between the egg and normal running to look at the "egg watch".

An EV/IV calculator. It would also tell what type/power a certain Pokemon's Hidden Power would have.

EV calculator and IV checker. I'm unoriginal, I know.

Of all the ideas I have for a Pokétch app , it would be a combined Pokétch API, a compiler, text editor, and a bash shell, so I could write more Pokétch apps myself if I wanted to do so.

...Probably will never happen, but it's a good idea, right?

    Pikachu Jump
Like Doodle Jump but with pikachu. I'd love to play doodle jump on my dsi.

    pokemon area locater
shows you where the pokemon in water grass or cave is gona strike next b4 encoutering it

    otherwise, a teleporter
like fly it takes you into cities
unlike fly it can teleport you to routes

in the other hand i might make a tactical nuker
    it destroys the world
