I somehow both understand and don't understand their excessive love of boxes.

I heard it's something to do with them liking encloses spaces. It makes them feel secure. Either way it's cute.

I was about to say what Zeo just said. I don't know if anyone knows the actual reason but I heard it's because they're covered on all sides and feel safe by being protected like that.

So basically... yeah nothing to add from me. Rules are rules.

It's not just house cats that like boxes. People have placed boxes in front of tigers and lions and gotten similar results.
