what is the worst sickness you have ever had?

i thought i was free from that title, why does it always follow me

A proper flu that lasted for like 3 weeks where I did nothing but coughing, throwing up, etc. Although my dad had it worse in the end, that was the worst I personally had. (was during a time the entire family caught sickness)

I have gallbladder issues so my diet is limited, if I step outside it then, well, I won't go into detail.

Technically didn't experience the disease, but it fits with the tread so I'm going to say it.

When I was an infant a medical test came back saying I tested positive Cystic fibrosis, a serious respiratory disorder that causes organs such as the lungs to produce large amounts of mucus, which can result in difficulty breathing and a dramatically shortened lifespan. My parents then had a more accurate test done which showed that I tested negative. Sometimes I do wonder what would happen should I have actually had it, and how it would have affected my life.

strep throat was pretty rough, i think thats the worst i got

im quite fortunate, all things considered

I got sick a LOT as a kid before abut four or five. So, that was probably the worst for me because of being a kid and all. I had my tonsils/adenoids taken out around four or five. Getting ear infections was probably the worst for me... now that I think of it. They were so bad for me that all I did was cry over how much it hurt.

rn tinnitus is the absolut worst, but probably mononucleosis about a decade ago. I was pretty much out of action for two months iirc. Don't remember it all as I was feverish a lot, and I've probably tried to suppress most of the memory of that time. It kept coming back in small bouts for some years too.
