My Gardevoirite, for example ? I am undecided... I have seen other Gardevoir wearing it around their neck - and it does look good! - but I think I would rather set it on my hat! Not that I would battle with it, anyway, as I can't activate it.

Probably maxed at level 100 as I level a lot of my mons all the way nowadays, so why wouldn't I max myself?
