I'll probably blow it off in a week.

I tend to always be saving up my money and it amazes my friends and family most of the time how well I can save up, but I normally have a plan for it all then once I have enough, I spend it one something rather large and feel as though I have wasted my money on this large purchase and begin the cycle of saving up once again. I have a tendency to be thinking, when I spend my money, to be questioning whether the item is worth the money or not, then I need to consult with another until they can finally persuade me into buying it. Normally when I have saved up I'll buy small things first and then go for the larger things afterwards, well, unless it's Christmas.

I'm great with my money actually, most of the money I receive I put away for later on when I need it. If it's like $5 or $10, I'll probably spend it lol.

HEY BIG SPENDER

This song was made for me. Well no, I'm a small spender, but a spender nonetheless. As long as pocket money is concerned, I always spend it all.

Money legally aquired through working on a job is another story, though. Money like this has value for me, and I value my choices in return.

I watch my money to some extent, but at the end of the month I still step back and go "oh, oops, I guess I really didn't need to buy lunch out that day, I could have come home" or "ugggh I bought that video game and I haven't even had the time to sit down and play it yet!"

So it's actually one of my resolutions to watch my money a little better, to not do impulse buys anymore. :( I also have problems with lending money to my brother or friends and sort of forgetting what was owed and when so I probably lose a bit there. Gotta tighten that up too. ><;

Money rarely ever even leaves my room. Once I'm handed money for whatever reason it goes into my money draw in my room and then almost never sees the light of day after that. I don't know what it is, but for the most part I can't spend my own money. It hurt me this year just to break out my money to go Christmas shopping.

I remember back when I was 12 this random girl at school gave me one hundred dollars for some perfume that I had that she really liked. I held on to that one hundred for three years until one fateful day I wanted to go to the movies and my mom made me pay with my own money. It hurt.

Whenever I'm given an allowance, I don't really use it. I don't really spend much money, unless it's for something important.

I'm known to do a little of both... save it up for awhile then spend it all on something frivolous. However, I have gotten better at saving money as of late out of necessity, as I don't have the money to throw around that I used to. I don't buy on impulse unless it's anime related, but I do set aside money for things that I don't necessarily need.

Most of the times, I save up.
It's mainly because there isn't much that I want to buy, and the things that I actually want to buy are very costly, even though such things are small in number.

So, yeah, I'm mainly the type of guy who saves up. But when there's something I want, I don't hesitate much to go for it and spend a lot.

I'm very frugal and rarely by anything if I can't get a deal on it. I live primarily off of gift certificates and coupons and rarely touch the bulk of my income.

I'm pretty balanced with my money. I generally save it but I won't be excessively frugal with it. Savings are pretty important to me, but I wont sacrifice my wants to save a few bucks. That being said, I don't shop very often, and I usually eat at home, so like I said, it balances out.

>_> Also.. this reminds me of like.. this thing I watched on TV the other day.. where people go shopping with coupons.. and they buy $630 worth of stuff and only have to pay $2 for it. It's amazing.

I spend money like no tomorrow. For me, there is a significance in even a penny. I'm not greedy, but I spend.

MoneyMoneyMoneyMoneyMoneyyyy <3

So. What money type are you? Are you the type who spends all of your money once you get it? Or are you a guy who likes to save up their money, eg. put in a bank, to get more interest. Ooorrr, are you a guy who saves up money, and then just blows it all in one massive go? Explain to us why you choose to do this, and if there is any other type of money spending/saving, please state so with reasons.
I'm personally a guy who saves money up, and then just buys amazing stuff with it. Hell, I saved up £150 and got an iPod touch! I've tried to do the same recently but I have had to buy a load of rugby stuff and games necessities, so that has drawn me back. Vote away! <3

I save and ration my money, mainly because, I am a student and I don't have a lot to begin with! XD
If there is something that I want, I will save up for it and work hard to get it.

I agree with you. When you have saved up for a while and worked hard to get the money, the act of buying it is so satisfying and just good. Makes you feel like you have truly earned it.

It depends on how much I want something, and how much I have so far. I can save up a whole lot, and blow it all in one day on a shopping spree. (That's the usual case.)

I'm pretty much Mr. Krabs in a human body. Although I do care about others and donate money to charities from time to time.

I usually save my money well, I'll take some out of my account sometimes if there is something I really like, but I mostly put it all away for later.

I spend my money as soon as i get it normally enless i have something that i want to save for.

Whenever I have money, I'm usually the type that saves his money to save up for a nice thing. But, on the way on saving up, I would buy food and some other stuff, and saying to myself, "oh, I'll just save it up later". This is basically a rince, and repeat; save up, spend it on something that'll last 5 - 10 minutes, have myself a pity party, and try to save up for it again. I guess its just because I am terrible with money; I barely keep the money in my debit card, nor have I had any desire too.

My own strategy with money nowadays is to put it in a savings box, so it clicks my mind: "hey stupid! Don't touch that stuff!" Or I just put it in my wallet, which is more likely I spend it. XD; Eh, I usually don't like to lend people money, except when it comes to charity and stuff; and well, its usually I really have no money to give them in the first place. XD
