Chit-Chat: In the midnight hour, she cries because she's sad and alone and just a little pathetic.

Fun life you'll have if you keep that belief.

Also eww dissecting stuff. :p

Nope. Its the most reliable advice I've ever been given. I received it at about 16, from a woman who's still a very close friend. Every woman I've dated or been in a relationship with its all the same. They jerk you around. I see myself do it to people and I'm unable to stop it and I blame myself for it all.

I used to think that girls were much more devious and annoying to be around than boys, and at some point when I was younger I wished that I had been born a boy. But that went away as I grew up and got to know a more diverse range of people. Nowadays I seldom judge someone based on gender. And I'm quite happy with being a girl because even though we're still often seen as the lesser gender, in some ways it seems really bothersome to be male.

And also, I think your advice is bad. There are boys who are just as bad as such girls, I guess you've just met the wrong girls then.

Even if we use the dreaded stereotyping, pretty sure men normally get the flack for ruining relationships.

We're all as bad as each other, one way or another.

Judge someone not by their race, gender, preferences nor beliefs but judge someone by how they treat others.

I always thought that was common sense but common sense is surprisingly scarce~

Indeed. Should be called "uncommon sense" x)

Also, if you want to know how someone will really act in a longer relationship before you close the deal, so to speak, keep a watch on how he or she treats their family and closest friends. In the beginning of relationships, people don't act towards their romantic partner as they will do eventually. #lifeadvice

You have a point there that guys can act exactly the same. I've just noticed I'm more annoyed rather than hurt when guys behave the same way, or even worse. It's not even about the behavior, just that the effect seems to be amplified when its a girl behaving that way.

Stereotypes are so horrible ;__; all they just do is create a negative image of a person who is foreign to a certain type of lifestyle and nothing more.

Aren't some people trying to actively fit into a certain stereotype though? To feel safe or find out where they fit in.

Stereotypes?
Well...
since I'm from Germany and such...

*whistles innocently*

Well personally I don't really believe in them, mostly because no matter how similar, for example, the members of a certain group of people is, there are always a few who would be different from them and disprove that they are all totally the same

gender stereotypes are kind of pointless when you find somebody who blows them all out of the water

but you can take my word for it

the context of a 'dating scene' creates a lot of powerful stereotypes so just keep that in mind

Should I go back to sympathizing about your finger, Andy?

Can't that be said about any stereotype, though?
