International COFFEE Day!

Today is international coffee day in most parts of the world, my friends! Where we celebrate one of our favourite beverages! To me, I find coffee to be relaxing in the mornings, or even when I'm just lounging around the house during a quiet day. Personally, I enjoy a small french vanilla blend myself, but anything will do) as long as sugar and cream is involved, ohoho).

At any rate, this being coffee day, for all you coffee lovers out there, how about a special emblem for today? 8D

All you gotta do is help us celebrate! But yeah, I'm curious: do you like drinking coffee? How often do you drink it? What are your favourite blends of coffee? What do you like to put in your coffee (ie. milk, sugar)? Any other thoughts about coffee? Feel free to share, and happy Coffee Day!

I LOVE COFFEE. I really enjoy any kind of coffee (as long as it has sugar and cream!) but I especially love iced coffee, mmm ♡ Cold brew is the best!! Also, anything caramel or spicy is my favorite!! ♡♡♡

Really wish I still lived in Houston so I could take advantage of Krispy Kreme's free coffee & donut offer. Too bad Galveston doesn't have any.

However, I was treated to free coffee at work today, so there's that. :)

Delicious coffee is bae. It's certainly a divine drink to have at times when you need it. Cream, Sugar, flavors, syrups, all are little cute touches you can put on it to make it tasty~ :3

I drink coffee for breakfast.

No, actually. lmao. Since it's an appetite suppressant and I tend to eat when I'm bored it helps. Also if you put enough milk in it it's basically food, right?
Once a week or so I brew a full pot of whatever I have around and pour it into mason jars and stick them in the fridge so I have iced coffee. I mix some of that with splenda and milk and what a nice drink to have <3

Out of curiosity though (and apologies for my ignorance on this), why do people put milk in their coffee? Do they want it to taste more like... milk, if that makes sense? idk I've never had milk in coffee or even coffee period so D:

Personally I put cream for a smoother taste; I never really liked milk in coffee.

I use cream for hot coffee and milk for cold. It tones dowm the bitterness and makes it taste sweeter, even without sugar. It also makes the drink more filling and nutritious. :D

Also espresso drinks are almost entirely milk/cream- the standard measurement is 2oz per espresso shot, the rest is additives~
