I guess so, if whatever they're staying up for is worth it. Doesn't sleeping help your brain retain information or something? Or is that just something we're told to deter us from taking all-nighters..?

oh no that's totally true. i pulled off maybe 2 or 3 all nighters before i learned through research that it's actually doing more harm than good on making you remember stuff for tests. if you aren't all that prepared, it's much better to fail while fully rested, than fail with an hour of sleep lmao.

I'd find it harder to sleep before a test because of the test taking place than pulling an all nighter (not that I'd ever want to do that, I like sleeping too much).

Busy day prepping for a job interview tomorrow and I couldn't sleep until 4am cause I was stuck thinking about it. Things will be fine though I just need a while to wake up and get myself together...
