Speaking of Pelipper, I'm upset that they're one of 3 PKMN that can learn the ability Drizzle. I like using Ninetails and Tyranitar, so I can take advantage of Sand Stream and Drought(Hidden ability Gen V). Meanwhile for Snow Warning, I'm not the biggest fans of the mons selection (I don't hate the Snover line, also its a nice shiny and I prefer other ice pkmn).
 
A shiny Pelipper is like getting a shiny mosaic penny- looks nice, but not really that useful or worth much. Another example would be a shiny Volbeat or shiny Dunsparce. I don't dislike any of them, but all they would do if I got them would be to sit in my boxes. Fingers crossed for a shiny Koraidon and shiny Miraidon mystery gift!
 
Probably just so they can do events for them like they did with Zamazenta/Zacian.... which is kinda lame.

Gen 9 kinda ruined things by not letting you shiny hunt the previous gen's legendaries too. :sadwick:

Likewise with not giving you a Shiny Charm until after you've completed your Pokédex. If you're looking to have a certain shiny Pokémon for your team, why should you have to catch a regular one that you're never going to use...? And by the point you get the Shiny Charm, you've already caught all the Pokémon- not much excitement in catching Pokémon after that, other than perhaps finding a shiny. They should give you the Shiny Charm after you complete the main story or some point like that.

Wait Shiny Pokémons do exist beside the red Gyarados in Johto?!
I've never caught any Shiny Pokémon in an official game... I think I caught one Shiny Pokémon in Pokémon Insurgence or Zeta though.

Anyone else excited for the 5-Star Tera raid Shiny Rayquaza coming the 20th of December? I'm glad they're just going to have it as a 5-Star level Tera raid instead of pulling that 7-Star nonsense like they did with Mewtwo- I can actually complete a 5-Star Tera raid playing solo.

I've been fine and you?
I've been busy working on my fangame and playing League of Legends... I eventually uninstalled LoL and I left that one feature that was too hard to implement for me! I wouldn't say I'm back to my previous regular spamming posting duties, but at least I'll be there more often!

Glad to hear. Though, I am still worried about your lol addiction! :P

I'm just doing same as always. My boss actually came to my office a couple days ago and was like "you still have 18 vacation days left". And I was like "Oh!". Yeah, I'm still as bad a workaholic as usual. ^^"

As for the Rayquaza raid.... I'll probably tend to it... because it's shiny lol. Would probably not bother otherwise.
I never even bothered with the Mewtwo one tbh. It was 7 star and I had no Pokemon good for it at the ready so I just shrugged and let it pass. Got too many dang Mewtwos already anyway =P
 
For the 7-Star Mewtwo they had given out a free Mew mystery gift that you were supposed to train and then go into the Tera raid with. I tried that a couple of times, but for some reason I couldn't do any damage to him. I eventually stopped bothering and transferred two Mewtwos from other games to Scarlet and Violet. I honestly have no interest in getting a Mightiest Mark, or any of the marks, really. It's just a small added feature that doesn't really affect the game enough to make it worth it.
