Delivery is such a unthankful job from what I've seen. People just love to complain about the people delivering stuff.

All the measures taken as a result of budget cuts aren't helping either. Quality has gone downhill as I'm seeing more and more stuff for other places in my routes that I need to bring back afterward so that they can correct it.

They also have this app nowadays that tells people what they should be receiving that day... so lots of people will come up to me and be like 'I'm supposed to receive this or that today and it isn't here'.

Piplup is actually two entities: a Piplup and Confusion. It's hard to say who is currently in charge, though.
