RIP https://www.youtube.com/user/BrawlBRSTMs3. That rabbit hole of a channel helped me find medleys and other OSTs. I've learned of games I never even played yet because of this channel. No ads. All quality. Golden era of social media for me when using YouTube.

Youtube has an obnoxious habit of allowing some channels that can have major content- music, shows, movies, and etc.- and then arbitrarily removing them.

My adblocker has been struggling with the ads at the beginning of videos on Youtube lately.

Neither do I- I just deal with them and get grumpy when they interrupt something major.

Youtube ads are too annoying for me to want to deal with them. If it was just the ones at the start it wouldn't be so bad, but they'll also interrupt the video you're watching at intervals

i got adblock too tho i only do when ads get too crazy to do any thing looking at you Fandom

Mine doesn't cause any issues. And I watch a lot of Youtube.

For me the ads at the start of the video start playing for a second or two before they're blocked nowadays. I used to not see them at all.
Not exactly a huge problem though, but definitely feels like the blocker is struggling with them.

If I'm not mistaken - YouTube was testing methods against AdBlock to certain users.

I was in the group that couldn't use it at all. I would get a message telling me to disable AdBlock before it let a video play.
