Despite being a big vania fan I still haven't seen the Netflix series. I heard it's a big deal and I'm thankful it seems to have gotten a bunch of people aware of Castlevania's existence. For the longest time it felt like Castlevania was this thing I was always told was a well-known, well beloved game series, but no one I'd ever spoken to had seemed to play them or even know about them. I remember talking with someone at a job I used to work at about what games we'd been playing and I was surprised to hear he'd never heard of the series, and I had to explain Symphony of the Night to him. Besides (at least the first arc of) it apparently being loosely based off Castlevania 3 with a focus on Alucard, hearing that Hector is completely different compared to Curse of Darkness, and knowing Maria was introduced in it somewhat recently, I don't really know much about it. I'm not sure when the last time I actually sat down to watch a TV show or movie adaptation of a video game was, the closest thing might have been Detective Pikachu when that was in theaters...

The last anime I watched was apparently My Dress-Up Darling, which is something I'd been wanting to watch with my bf for a long time. I'd always hear people talking about it (especially the main character) and saying it was really good, but it was one of those things where I decided not to watch it or binge the manga because we wanted to watch it together. Apparently a second season is coming out soon, and that's exciting too.
And I thought it was good! I actually considered making my account theme for February based on it, haha.

I think the last anime thing I watched was season 1 of Jujutsu Kaisen. My sibling is a fan of the series and wanted to get me into it. I liked that first season, but I'm still waiting for the second season's dub to air on Netflix where I live (and also get a Netflix account back lol).

Unfortunately, Yu-Gi-Oh! as a series is notorious for letting their female characters down. Like, they come up with a bunch of cool female characters but they never really accomplish much in the series. :(

Getting burned out with SV shiny hunting again... Luckily I only got 1 target left for the time being so I should hopefully be ditching SV again after today. Though I should do the Skeledirge raid too.

It's because of their hairstyles. Female characters don't have the right hairstyle to be protagonists.

Those assholes constantly bite me on my legs through my socks every time I go outside if it's warm enough and I swear there's nothing I can do to stop them. They're vile thieves who hurt and harass me for no reason and annoy me to no end.
