When I have a story on my mind, it's the only thing I can think of for days. It's very hard for me to focus or get motivated to do something else. It's both a blessing and a curse.

That's me but with ideas in general. Like, I could be in a conversation then randomly get an idea for something and then all I think about is "when is this all over and I get to do the thing I just thought about?". xD

I hate it when I get random ideas during work or when trying to sleep... They're usually gone again when I have the time to jot them down.

Ditto for me, too. At university one semester I wanted to take this advanced creative writing class, but I wasn't able to get into it that semester. That whole year until the next semester (I managed to get into the class the next semester, fortunately) I'd be going over ideas in my head for the story I was wanting to write for it. This means that I'd go to take a shower, start thinking through some scenes, and realise ten minutes or so later I still hadn't started the shower yet. When I finally got to write the story for the class, I was so prepared and inspired for it, it only took about two or three days to write it! Then I had to deal with the endless unhelpful brainstorming assignments the teacher kept giving us until we finally workshopped my story.

Well I'm definitely not winning in PLA... starting to wonder if the fixed Alphas can even be shiny prior to beating the Noble.
Hisuian Sneasel is being really stingy either way.

Didn't know they were shiny locked prior to beating the noble. Well, at least it keeps you occupied so I can take the win! :P

Idk if they're actually shiny locked or not. I'm just starting to wonder if they are.
I don't really see a reason why they should be... but wild Alphas aside from the fixed ones don't spawn until you beat the Noble either.
I'm hunting it with a Perfected Dex entry, but without a shiny charm. 1 in 1024.38 odds. I haven't been keeping track of how many attempts I've had, but it feels like it's taking forever and my previous shiny alphas were all from areas where I already beat the Noble.... so either I'm getting paranoid from bad luck or the fixed alphas actually are shiny locked till you beat the Noble. Idk, I can't find anything on it =P

I guess Alpha Pokémons are supposed to be "one of a kind", so it doesn't make sense to make a Shiny version of them.

I started playing the Switch PMD remake as well as PLA, so I don't go even more crazy from trying to get a shiny Alpha in PLA =P

I'm still in the early parts of the game and mostly just run around trying to avoid the monsters that are way above my own level. ^^"

PMD is being kinda fun so far, but also rather repetitive. I only explore a dungeon first time round and then if I go back for a request I just rush through it.
Meanwhile PLA is being stingy and really doesn't want to give me what I want =P

The remake improved some things from the original game, but still has too many of the problems the originals had. For example, the unnecessarily large number of floors in many of the dungeons, combined with the stomach getting empty and then damaging you. I liked Super Mystery Dungeon and the later DS games much better.

I honestly forgot about the hunger mechanic. Though, I haven't played a PMD game in a long time. And the last one was Gates to Infinity which I wasn't too much of a fan of.
