Honestly, I still would have preferred if they got USUM running on Switch over 3ds but that was pretty likely. Once the Switch took off and even before hand they should have realized it would go big.

This is the only scene we actually have emotions in and they removed the one from Sun and Moon.

YOOOO.....This is pretty cool. I see that in the trailer that the game seems to some similiar events, but it seems to change near the climax. As in typical third version fashion, I expected much. I was weary at first, but I think I'm sold on these games now. I just kinda wish we had stuff like this at first instead of it later, but eh, what can you do? We typically don't get a lot of pre-info before the games come out for Thirds anyway.

First of all, glad that team skull is back. I really hope they go into the bond with Guzma and Lusamine. I want them to expand upon that. I also like the edition of the new guys. I can't say for certain their "evil" in a traditional sense (they really look like a new type of Aether grunts to me).

I also really love that WE FINALLY have some expressions that are more varied AND we CAN RIDE NEBBY!!! It looks like some sort of shooter game? I wonder if it's like Mantine ride?
Can't wait for these games to come out!

This was my favourite trailer for USUM so far. The cutscenes look amazing and it really looks like these games will be taking a dark turn!

That reminds me, I remember when B2/W2 took a dark turn so it is nice to see those B2/W2 vibes shining again in US/UM. Another great callback to my favourite generation.

The trailer was darker than the one of the original Sun and Moon and I kinda like it. I look forward to whats coming next

Finally, some info on the new characters in the poster. The Ultra Recon Squad's piquing my interest, in fact I have a lot of questions after watching the trailer. Are they allies? Antagonists? Anti-villains? One of them is seen battling the player with UB Adhesive, but perhaps that's just to test the player's strength? Their skintones are also interesting imo - looks like the result of having their homeworld's light stolen.

It definitely would explain their use of googles. I imagine the bright light of our world would be especially harsh on their eyes; they'd need the goggles just to see. But who ARE they? The look human and speak our language. Are they people from Timeline B, Gens III-V, who were taken up into an Ultra Wormhole and created a city there? Are they from yet a third world who was affected by Necrozma located in or next to Ultra Space? Their having an UB would imply they live in Ultra Space, but how did they catch it? Normal Poke Balls are next to completely ineffective against UBs, so did they create their own a la Beast Balls?
