Learn for now, until I can learn ice beam by level up or TM. It's not a bad move, a stat drop for your opponent and hitting multiple targets can be useful in certain situations. I want a little more power though so i wouldn't keep it forever.

Learn. I think it's useful on a glass canon that must get off as much damage as possible, and already has low defenses that a drop won't make a difference to.

This one could situationally be a learn, but in general would be a Forget.
