A Special Rock Move? Eh I suppose although there aren't too many Rock types with really good Special stats(save for Omastar, Archeops and Diancie(especially it's Mega))

No clue how much power that has, but for Eevee it sounds useful against Rock types at least, so I'd probably give it a go!

Learn. I actually had to google search what it was, and it's exclusive to Darkrai? Which is cool to know, because I wasn't aware it had a unique signature move.
