Alright, so now you have an idea of were you want to start, the next thing to figure out is who you want the first character Afina meets in the Pokemon world to be?

That's good! Next then, do you want Kojo to be an 'important' character, or just a 'I'm here whenever the plot needs me' character?
The reason I ask is because the more 'important' characters you have, the more time and work you'll need to spend on them and their growth in the comic.
I'd say have as many as you want, but keep in mind that less is often better in the long run than more.

Another thing to think about on this same topic is even if you don't have room in this comic for every character you want, you can always use them in a different comic after this one is finished.

i think i was inspired by https://www.deviantart.com/zander-the-artist 's comic.... well, that's one of them i was inspired by...
so she's there all comic, kinda... so yes, i think.... she's a important character :>

It's great to have inspirations for stuff like this. Things like that can really help when you get stuck.
Listening to music helps me with that exact thing.

So far you've got three confirmed characters, You (Mew), Afina, and Kojo. Now might be a good time to start thinking about a villain character, if you'd want to have one that is. Another idea could be something disrupting the land itself without having it be caused by an evil Pokemon.

team meanies (gengar, medicham and ekans) aren't mean anymore... as medicham is part of team charm now, with gardevoir and loponny and ekans is now evolved as part of team AWD, with drapion and weavile, drowzee isn't mean anymore either and is ''Probably'' evolved ... dusknoir is either gone or isn't looking to get rid of grovyle anymore either and team rogue (bagon, snover and gligar) and is ''probably'' evolved and are probably not thieving anymore....

Are those former PMD villains? If they are, why not just make your own 'evil team' like you made your Mew-sona?

yeah, team meanies, in blue/red rescue team/DX, dusknoir, drowzee in explorers kinda was and team rogue was only on the Special Episode 1: Bidoof's Wish on explorers of sky

The more of your own characters you make, the more it stands out as a unique comic, and less as a fan-fiction.
(not that fanfics are a bad thing, just not what I thought you were going for here)

It also gives you more creative freedom over how your characters look and act, due to not needing to keep legacy characters consistent with how they were in the source material.

Those are all really good! You did especially well on Lokix and all its little details though!

You switched out Spidops for the Alolan Persian, what made you change your mind?

Huh. I woulda guessed he was the hardest with all the sharp edges and weird shapes. I guess that just shows how little I know about drawing lol.

That's what I thought, but I didn't wanna just assume, ya know? Either way, they all look really good!
Edit: Looking again, I honestly like your drawing of the Alolan Persian better than the official design.
