I legit just caught my Lunala in a standard pokeball. Reseting to try moon ball. Did they make capture chance easier or did I just get stupid lucky?

I can say the reason why this happened is because they made Solgaleo and Lunala's catch rate be 45, which is the case for version mascots that require to be caught. It happened with Reshiram/Zekrom in Black & White, Xerneas/Yveltal in X & Y and the Delta Episode Rayquaza in OR/AS.

Since you're required to catch the legendary in those cases, they make the catch rate higher so that you don't have to be unfavoured by the RNG so much.

I used my Master Ball on it. Nebby deserves to be treated with respect, and the Master Ball is the highest level of respect it can get.

I'm appalled you didn't treat it to a Luxury Ball!!

You can get a Moon Ball? Hmm... That makes me wonder anyway I been finding previous Pokeballs in the game like Fast Ball and Heavy Ball from Gen II. Is there a place where we can buy them?

I caught Solgaleo in a Heal Ball because it's cute and pink. Catching it was super easy. Boyfriend got Lunala in a Dusk Ball then gave it to me, and my heart is broken over the fact that he didn't use a Moon Ball on it.

I suddenly have the urge to buy a copy of Moon to fix this. :'(
