Granted, but sleep only comes in such short, light intervals all night due to circular, intrusive thoughts until the very moment you have to get up and go somewhere important. Only then does the prospect of a full, restful, 8 hours of slumber call to you. You constantly battle between being a functioning member of society or a functional you with all your non-sleep deprived faculties.
