    Make an anime episode to your liking. (Yes, you can include whichever characters you want, including Misty.) You can even build upon old episodes, if you'd like.
     
    I think someone brought this idea up recently- an episode where Jessie and James actually successfully steal Pikachu and bring him to Giovanni, and Ash has to go to Giovanni's headquarters to get it back before Pikachu is turned into an evil servant.

    And of course, an episode where Ash reunites with his father. Perhaps these two ideas could be connected, where its revealed in his attempts to save Pikachu that his father is in a high position at Team Rocket (like Giovanni's second in command) so he has to both get Pikachu back and make his father leave the forces of evil and return home.
     
    What came into my mind isn't for an episode but for a movie. In this a mysterious figure is shown controlling all the villains from the past and they again try to do what they did in their respective worlds, now together. To protect the pokemon world every previous companion set on a mission to stop this newly formed evil team and one by one they run into ash who is oblivious of what's going on. Once reunited they all make a plan and try to save the world yet again from destruction.
     
    1 hour special about a returning Shigeru(Gary) battling Satoshi(Ash) 1v1.

    oh and I want as many cameos as they can pack in Kasumi and Takeshi included.

    An episode where Ash does his own thing for the episode (or a number of episodes) and we get to see the other characters do their own thing in a setting without Ash.

    Another idea is TR successfully stealing Pikachu and still having it at the end of episode and being self-aware, not knowing what to do after getting this far.

    Heck they might even return him to Ash... just so they can continue the chase XD
