So I'm curious: What kind of cute little touches do you make to your look every day? How far do you go when you dress up? What are your staple items for every day, dressy/fancy or just professional or business casual looks? <3

Feel free to post pictures, or tell us what you do! Anything, including showcasing/wearing piercings or tattoo art on your body counts! Yes, tattoos are a very creative form of body accessorizing like piercings too. :3

I love accessorizing! The main problem I have is losing everything :x

My piercings: I have my left ear triple pierced and my right ear double pierced (I liked the asymmetric look) and my nose pierced. I have a small stud I wear for client meetings at work and a ring I wear normally. I posted this pic in the pic thread, but I'll post it here too because you can see my piercings the best in this one. (What you see is also the most amount of makeup I wear: eyeliner, lipstick & mascara).
    Spoiler:

As for other jewelry, I like to always wear a necklace and rings, I almost NEVER wear bracelets although I do like them. I have a pretty long neck, so longer/more simple necklaces look best and I love big, bold rings. I have gigantic knuckles though so it's extremely hard to find beautiful rings that also fit. Most rings for sizes 8+ are just boring bands.

If it is a special occasion, I try to look for statement pieces that aren't overwhelming. Otherwise I choose my jewelry based off what would look best with my outfit.

I also gravitate towards silver over gold.

I always wear a watch on my left wrist according to my outfit and a set of beads on my right wrist.

Well recently my godmother brought me some Chanel rings for doing well on my exam and I am constanly wearing it.
I also wear my Pandora bracelet that my mum gave me.
I love wearing scarves and gloves with my outfits as well.
I have a range of different scarves as well ranging from floral to knitted scarves.
    As forrrrr my makeup.
Since most of the time I have school.... I just wear foundation, mascara, lipgloss and eyeliner. I feel that it makes me more glam and I love that glam feeling.
But when I am out and about I wear much more. Instead I wear different coloured lipstick like red and pink. I would wear eyeshadow sometimes but mostly eyeliner and I would wear blusher.
( I want that Kylie Jenner lip kit dammmit )
Also I wouldnt be anywhere without my acrylic false nails.

Rings and Black Wristbands used to be a part of my everyday look back in the "Nu-Metal" days. I've been trying to make rings and wristbands work with my dressier style of wear as of late but I feel like I'm just making myself look too much of a try-hard. I'll be working on it though.

The only thing I consistently wear every day is my Fitbit Charge band around my wrist.

I do have my earlobes pierced, so often to work I'll wear some simple earrings, usually just a ball or something. I wear my badge at work around my neck so I don't generally wear necklaces because they get tangled. I do have a Pandora bracelet that I wore for the longest time (I never took it off...showered and slept in it and everything), but the beads were getting too much wear so now it's just in the box (it's too hard for me to put on and take off by myself so it's just easier not to bother).

On weekends/nights I do have "fun" earrings I like wearing. I have lots of Pokemon earrings. A few My Little Pony and Disney earrings as well. I just love them!

Just a breast cancer rubber bracelet and a yellow and black bracelet. Sure, to you they are just ordinary things. To me, they are special.

Breast cancer bracelet - I wear this for my godmother who passed away from the disease a while back. She was very close to me, and I wanted something that would make me think of her and to honor her.

Yellow and black bracelet - This bracelet is a matching set. Max, our jouster at the ren fair we go to, has another one of the same colors. He wore his with honor and pride during the joust today, and it made me really happy as well, so I decided to keep it on to remember today as a special day. He really took notice of me, and no one has ever done that to me since me and mom started attending it. <3

Other than that, I don't really wear anything in particular. Oh! I do have my necklace though. I wear it on a dog chain, but it's mostly used for fidgeting purposes because I get nervous due to anxiety.

Once in a while I wear my wristbands
    I have 5 of them
2 with pyramids studs, 2 with skull and crossbones
and I also have a larger armband with a pentagram on it

I do plan on ordering a beanie that has red-fox ears on it, and I know when I get it I'll wear it all the time

i don't accessorize a lot; the only accessory i wear is my signless necklace from homestuck lol. but!! my system member, viktor looooves to add extra stuff to its outfits. hats, scarves, bracelets, rings... sometimes bows, even. he likes stuff like that.

Because I'm tempted to grab my phone a lot, I wear a watch as often as I can. Also makes you looks a little bit more professional you know? Other than that, I wear a gold necklace with the typical Christian cross on it, as well as a little trinket attached to it that my girlfriend got me.

I also wear a dog tag that belonged to my grandfather around my neck. He fought in WWII as a medic and was actually on the beaches of Normandy on D-day. He's a huge inspiration to me as to why I had wanted to go into nursing initially and why I'm a teacher now. I just want to give back to my community just like he did for his country. I love that man to death and I still think about him now, even though he passed away about 10 years ago.

I like accessories but I don't wear too much of them because I'm a guy {XD} I like using them because accessories bring more interesting notes into my style and with them I feel cooler {XD} My favourite types are different scarfs, glowes (especially from leather) and sunglasses :) I don't wear any jewelerly, sometimes only a handwatch :) Oh, and I adore hats, especially the homburg ones like here https://stylemann.com/best-the-homburg-hat-styles/ , I have the similiar to this one for example and it looks soo cool on my head! :)

And I adore piercings, yeah :)

I don't dress up or do my makeup every day, but when I do, it looks a little something like this:
    Spoiler:

My makeup is a bit hard to see with my glasses, but I always do somewhat of a smokey eye look with eyeliner and mascara. Of course with foundation and powder as well as mint chap-stick. As far as jewelry goes, I usually wear a pair of small earrings, skull dog tag necklace (as pictured), and a stainless steel chain spinner band. I find myself spinning the chain when nervous or thinking about something so I think it's always good to have. I also have my glasses with me most of the time since I actually kind of like them.

I try to keep things simple most of the time.

Hey guys! I'm glad this convo is still sparking interest, but it's over 30 days old. You're more than welcome to start a new thread about the topic, if anyone wishes!
