Sometimes... It's because of that I don't eat too much in a day. I don't eat a lot lately. I don't have breakfasts, only lunch and dinners and midnight eating, which is sometimes like I said.
I hate waking up in the middle of the night. I dont have breakfast really either.
For the past 3 weeks I been ill I went the doctors and they told me to eat a bland diet so I had to live off water and Ham Sandwhichs for like a week and a half.
I just had some corn chips about an hour ago, and as you can see I haven't gotten back to sleep yet:/
Waking up in the middle of the night is quite common for me. I don't always get something to eat, but I usually have to get a glass of juice or lemonade.
Haha I have to be really starving for that to happen actually. But sometimes those cravings come in ya know so I just have to have some of that Cookies n Creme Ice Cream or those Spicy Buffalo and RANCH doritos *q*m
I hate waking up in the middle of the night when I need to be asleep, because then I won't get back to bed until much later. I do enjoy the midnight snacks though. I usually have something quick and easy to make.
With me, it's more of a 'looking at my laptop and realising it's three in the morning and then realising I'm feeling hungry' sort of thing than a midnight snack. When I go down, I normally just get milk and biscuits or bread. Nothing snazzy.
I tend to just eat a bit of trail mix, I love the stuff and it seems like we always have plenty around the place. I tend to be awake at that time anyway, so it's not often I actually get out of bed and gown downstairs to grab some.
I just ate a sandwich and it's 2 am around here. So, yeah..
I only take midnight snacks when I wake up and feel hungry, which rarely happens. But, today it has.
Well I don't typically wake up in the middle of the night, but often when I stay up super late I end up getting hungry and may or may not have a snack.
If I wake up in the middle of the night, I just lie there hoping to go back to sleep. I don't really get up for something to eat even if I wake up early in the morning and my stomach is grumbling.
I have trouble sleeping at night (ie. insomnia) so sometimes I'll get out of bed and grab something to eat from the pantry or the fridge. Only if I get really hungry, though.
I've only woken up once and been really hungry, so I think I ended up just making a slice of toast. If I stay up too late though, I'll occassionally get a snack like cookies and milk or whatever else there is that requires little preparation.
