Modern Warfare 2

i love the game and my guy is boaman5 on the online game i completed story mode first thing

Modern Warfare 2 is epic.. I don't play often though because I don't like to play with people I don't know. Cause to me you can't win unless you have proper communication between team mates.

I just started sniping on MW2.
I have to say, I think the reason I was doing so badly before was because I was using the Barrett.
The sniper just doesn't feel that solid, to me.
I switched to the intervention, and I've been playing games where I've gotten 30 kills, 5-6 Deaths.
It just feels so much more solid than the Barrett.

Everyone seems to be going for the Intervention. My Barrett has yet to fail me, but I guess I can give the Intervention a shot.

I'm sniping alot more now.

I can't decide between snipers, when I first got the game I went with the Barrett because I never unlocked it in the original but then I swapped for the Intervention because the Barrett didn't one-hit kill as often. By level 30-ish, I couldn't wait to unlock the WA2000 but when I unlocked it, I didn't like it. I stopped sniping until I got the M21 which I thought was insane due to its low recoil but then, I disliked it's damage so I went with the Barrett again. Now I've prestiged and I'm still using the Barrett but I have an intervention class and I can't wait to give the WA2000 another try.

If you bothered to read that, you really shouldn't have. :D

Anyway, becoming partial to the FAL now.

Even though the Intervention is pretty much a 1 hit kill I would rather use the Barett since its semi-auto. But I like using the M21 EBR the most though because its such a beast gun.

M21 is a beast because it has very low recoil, like in CoD4. But you have 2 shots without stopping power to kill. As I've noticed, WA2000 is pretty much the same as Dragunov in power, which can kill in 1 shot in the chest, except it has a small clip compared to Dragunov(unless you have EM...)

The Intervention is the only sniper rifle to have a record for the longest shot taken in combat and that was 2,800 Meters, not even the barette has that good of record.

I am so freaking sick of how easy they've made this game for bad players. I just got into literally 5 different rooms where people either camped extremely hard, last standed, or noob tubed like crazy. I wish they would take that stuff out of hardcore, which is the only mode I play, and only allow it for regular. It's ridiculous. What is the point of striving to be good at a game if the game is only made so that bad players can be good?

The problem is that the game encourages people to do stuff like that. They give you all these perks and weapons that are just tools for camping and noob tubing and it's fine with them because it's "part of the experience".

I haven't really been thrilled with MW2 either, so I've just decided not to play it unless friends want to. I seem to care less about that stuff when I've got buddies with me.

Yeah they really do encourage it. I'm just frustrated because there is no way to get around all of it.

Just play with friends or people you know is kind of the only way to. Otherwise even the high leveled players run around tubing or camping.

I just avoid playing altogether, like I said. It's not worth the stress because people are pathetic and can't play the game fairly.

That was a McMillian Tac-50 , made by a Canadian sniper. The Intervention is not in use by any armies as far as I know.

2,430 meters.

In other news in regards to the game, I earned 2 nukes back to back. I now <3 the ACR.

Lol, campers...

I had to deal with one guy who camped with a TAR-21 Bling Heartbeat Sensor/Silencer and AA-12 with the same, kept camping, I reverse-camped, noobtub'd, semtex'd, planted C4, and performed just about every other humiliating manuver possible on the guy, and then he decided to send me a voice message with apparently no point except to throw vulgarites at me.

Honestly I've never wanted to smash my ps3 around a hobos head as much as when playing mw2.

Indeed. I read that it tends to be mostly used by private armed organizations and such.
I feel like I tend to do a much better job online with bolt-action sniper riffles than semi-auto ones, thus me loving the Intervention. :P

It can't be helped. People want to get their hands on 100 points per kill or so. I myself use last stand and one man army, and I'm fine if they trashed talked me or somewhat.

It always happened to me. Especially if they got killed with my RPG and shield. And I will actually laugh at their humiliation.

My record is 2110 m, with WA2000. It's so freakin' awesome. And I've unlocked extended mag for L86.
