Monthly Video Game Showdown - Sidekicks!

Nominee: Xiaomu

Who's sidekick: Reiji Arisu

Why?: They kick butt together. :)

They're partners in both Namco X Capcom and Project X Zone. Reiji Arisu uses his close combat moves while Xiaomu uses her magic, when you combine those two, you leave them with crazy combos.
 
Nominee: Elizabeth from Bioshock Infinite
Whose Sidekick: Booker Dewitt's
Why: She can look after herself, picks locks, gives you helpful items whenever you need it like first aid kits, ammo, and money, and can rip open dimensional tears in time and space that not only can help shield you from enemy fire so that you can heal up and reload, but also easily transport you from one place to another.

Plus Elizabeth is just a bad-ass, female sidekick and protagonist in general.

Have to agree with these. They're the most popular ones, and I almost nominated Elizabeth myself so I wouldn't be surprised if she goes deep in the competition.

T Block is the sleeper though, I want it to win.

I will be backing Zero all the way. Megaman X is my preferred listing in this tourney. Everything else is just background noise. Besides, Zero is a tough Reploid, he can take 'em. I still prefer Protoman, though.
