Does Axel from Kingdom Hearts II count as a villain? O_o He's all I can really think of from that game.

I went through and read the nomination descriptions to decide my votes, so if you gave a crappy description and I'm running off no prior knowledge of the villain, tough! Honestly wish people had put more thought into how they nominated villains, but to each their own, I suppose.
