Spent the weekend in Moscow to participate in a Koshiki Karatedo tournament. Great Britain took joint third place with Armenia, Japan in second and Russia in first. This is the first time I've duked it out in an international level so am really happy with the result and maybe in a couple of weeks time when I go to Canada, I can do even better, but I need to heal off my many injuries first lol

My Sensei is in the middle. Due to the incredibly short notice, we were only able to get two fighters to compete but for Canada, I think we're taking around 6-7.
