Became even busier, arguably. Signed up to run a Get-Together event. Completed most of that, though (...probably).

How has progress been going for you on this?

it's been going alright :>

Episode 43: To See a Sea Drifter (References Phione, the Sea Drifter Pokemon. Lacked much better. Went for the homophone.)

Episode 46: A Manaphy on a Mission (Not entirely fitting here, but okay. Alternatively, "Familial Phi-lings". Aimed for "Feelings". Shares the same syllable in their names, albeit with different spellings.)

Episode 47: The Sweet Retreat (Finds a lot of gummies there. Alternatively, "Tourists in a Troubled Land".)

Episode 51: Scale Mail (Accesses it through Wonder Mail. Obtains a Gabite Scale for completing it. Alternates: "One Gi-Gabite of a Memory" and "A Gabite-sized Labyrinth".)

ooh, i like that first one & "Familial Phi-lings" for ep 46, "Tourists in a Troubled Land" for ep 47 & "A Gabite-sized Labyrinth" for ep 51 :3

looking forward to any more that you think of :D

Alternate Titles for Recruits:

- Lapis Cave: "Tangling with Bugs and Bagons"
- Fantasy Strait: "New Shell Personnel"
- Tiny Woods: "The Worm in the Woods"

Season 2 titles:

- Episode 35: "A Peek of Sky's Peak" or "Speaking at Sky's Peak"
- Episode 36: "An Egg Awash". Uses an egg wash when baking. To quote a definition of awash: "covered or flooded with water, especially seawater or rain.". Alternatively, "The Manaphy Egg Hunt" (as in an Easter Egg hunt) or "A Treasure in the Tides".
- Episode 37: "Dew or Die". Cures the ailment with Phione Dew. For something less grim, "A Miracle Cure" for the Miracle Sea.
- Episode 38: "Working Like a Charm", after Team Charm. Goes on their intended mission.
- Episode 39: "Hangin' with Shaymin". Recruits Shaymin. Could do "Gamin' with Shaymin" too.
- Episode 40: "Dare to Dream". Enters a nightmare. Requires some daring.
- Episode 41: "A Midsummer Nightmare". Plays on A Midsummer Night's Dream.
- Episode 42: "Night Terror". References the sleep disorder. Suits Darkrai.

how's it going? :3

how about some more alternate titles for recruits or season 1 or season 2 titles? :3 *the s1 multiple part episodes are cause i don't know how long they'll be yet....* *the 17 episodes you'll see in season 2 are the brand new ones*

Currently swamped with Get-Together events. Ends on the 23rd. May be winding down or catching up on other things shortly after that. Recommends joining the Get-Together, if you have the time.

Cleared some of the backlog of forum duties.

(Season 2 episode titles)
  • Episode 48: A Shimmering Prize. Obtains something nice at Shimmering Hill.
  • Episode 49: The Lone Cubone. Searches for a Cubone.
  • Episode 50: The Feather Quil Meeting. Refers to Noctowl and Cyndaquil meeting, as well as a feather quill for writing.
  • Episode 54: Spacing In. Recruited Palkia, the master of space. Recruits them, so In rather than Out.
  • Episode 55: Taking Up More Space. (Alternative: "The Last Pika".) Evolves into Raichu. Grows in size. Takes up more space. Doubles as being Palkia-related.
  • Episode 56: Zero Hour. Good for the first island.
  • Episode 57: Zero Sum Game. For North. No experience gain.
  • Episode 58: Hero to Zero. Drops you to level 1 for some islands. Recommends this for the first such one.
  • Episode 59: Zero G. For South. Denies you from bringing money. Abbreviates money as G in games, sometimes.
  • Episode 60: Ground Zero. Decent for any Zero Island. Fits the center slightly better, as the most hazardous spot.
  • Episode 61: Road to the Toed. Assumes an evolution to Politoed, not Poliwhirl.

(Combined recruits in Season 1. Assumes you to want more than just one title, especially for ones with 34 in them.)
  • Joyous Tower: A Grassy Start. For all three grass starters
One Big Headache For Spinda + Psyduck.
  • Western Cave: Cattle Driver For Tauros + Miltank.
  • Thunderwave Cave: Do you Nido friend? "Do you need a friend?" References nothing specific beyond Nidoran.
  • Mt. Steel: Hang Tite! For Meditite.

i like all & the alternative for ep 55: ''the last pika'' for s2 & i like 'one big headache' for joyous tower *cause it's so true >.<*, ''do you nido friend?'' for thunderwave cave & ''hang tite!'' for mt. steel :>
for western cave, i think i prefer the one it has already: ''The New Snake in Town!'' :>

i think you misspelt toad? you put toed....

looking forward to more whenever :3

[*]Episode 58: Hero to Zero. Drops you to level 1 for some islands. Recommends this for the first such one.[/list]

the first one? as in the Zero Isle North? that's the first one... then it's Zero Isle East, then Zero Isle West, then Zero Isle South... then it's the final one which is zero isle center :>

Chose "toed" because of "Politoed". May or may not be evolving to that. Was unsure.

Saw no order before, either due to overlooking it for it not being there (other than Center last). Focused on five similarly named "Zero" Islands. Expected titles to be interchangeable before starting. Stayed in that mindset, despite finding differences.

____________

(Season 1)
Episode 35: "Reining in Remains Island". Similar sounds. Nothing more.

(Season 2)
Episode 28: "Skimming through Shimmer Hill". Visits here in Episode 28 and 44. Assumes no Deoxys for this one.
Episode 30: "Fetch that Farfetch'd". Presumably read that target correctly.
Episode 31: "Crystal Clear Crossing". Barely changed anything. Added "clear" for the water.
Episode 33: "Ferreting out a Furret". Looks for a Furret. Uses similar sounds.
Episode 34: "Quick Time through Quicksand".
Episode 44: "The Meteorite Blight". Works for a virus from a meteorite. (Expects Deoxys for this one. Change it with the early one, if not.)
Episode 45: "Gazing into the Crystal Cave". Generally looks through crystal balls to see things. Looks for a Hitmonchan. Sort of works.
Episode 46: "The Vault in Salt" (or "The Salt Vault".) Heads to a golden chamber in Brine Cave. Expects salt.

What titles do you still need?

& i must have forgot that i already put the shimmer hill one on there... i'll remove ep 44 & keep ep 28 :>

What titles do you still need?

umm.... the rest of the s1 Combined recruits episode titles & some for the main s1 episodes, such as ep 36, 37, 38, Meteor Cave trip (https://pokemonfanon.fandom.com/wiki/S1_ep_60:_Meteor_Cave_trip)
& the some of the other s2 episodes that have been numbered :>
except for the multiple ones... those i don't know how many they'll be yet...

Episode 30: "Fetch that Farfetch'd". Presumably read that target correctly.

actually.... the target is a female vulpix.... soo.... different title of sorts, maybe?

  • Episode 1: "The Pokemorphosis". (References "The Metamorphosis". Wakes up as another creature there.)
  • Episode 2: "On the Prowl for a Pearl". (Searches for Spoink's pearl.)
  • Episode 3: "Rip-Roaring Exploring" or "Time Out". (Bases the first one off the previous title, "The Scream". Deals with Time Gears being stolen in the second title option.)
  • Episode 4: "Getting a Foot in the Door". (Identifies footprints. Only just began as guards.)
  • Episode 5: "A Big Haul behind the Waterfall". (References the gem behind the waterfall.)
  • Episode 6: "A Fruitless Endeavor". (Perhaps a bit too foreshadowing.)
  • Episode 7: "Coasts and Climbing". (For Craggy Coast and Mount Horn. Shrugs. Did not like much here.)
  • Episode 8: "Premonitions" or "Foghorn of the Future". (Generic title for the first. Blows foghorns as a warning to other ships.)
  • Episode 9: "A Little Knowledge". (For Uxie, the Knowledge Pokemon. Also considers a little knowledge (of the gear) to be a dangerous thing.)

Slowly. Finds it difficult to summon the drive to do more.

  • For the graduation mission: The Grand Master Trial. (Involves the Grand Master of All Things Bad. Sounds like a trial for Pokemon trying to graduate too.)
  • For The Meteorite Blight: Looking on the Bright Side. (Calls it "Bright Hill" in Japanese. Assumes "Shimmer" to be associated enough with light to work.)
  • For a happy outlook survey: A New Outlook on Missions or An Optimistic Journey. (Plays off the same thing: a happy outlook on life.)
  • For a Treasure in the Tides: Hatching an Escape Plan or Batten Down the Hatches!. (Hints at the egg in both. May need an escape plan when surrounded. Prefers the second for being more nautical themed, however.)
  • For A Miracle Cure: Dew or Dew Not, Dew or Die, Dew Gooders, or Dew No Harm. (Hunts for Phione Dew.)
  • For Working Like a Charm: Cold Spell. (Spells stuff in a cold cave.)
  • For Dare to Dream: I Dream, You Dream, We All Dream. (For ice cream. Or Darkrai.) Alternative: Sleepwalkers. (Walks through someone's dream.)
  • For A Midsummer Nightmare: Dream Distortion, A Waking Nightmare, or Nightmare Shift. (Shrugs. Nothing good.)
  • For Night Terror: A Dark Truth. (Meant for whenever they find out about "Cresselia". Grab one of the ones above if it goes elsewhere.)

Not particularly great. Dealt with a mild cold and/or longstanding issues all of January thus far.

Declines to contribute further titles. Takes quite a while to come up with titles. Does not particularly enjoy it either. Seemed better to mention it than leave you wondering.

Wishes you luck in creating the rest. Used alliteration, rhymes, and sayings for title inspiration. Might help you to devise the rest. Do not be afraid to discover your own method either.

awww~

alright, i'll try... but i seem to be not good at it :<

what ones you have done, i love & appreciate ^^

what do you think of left over titles, by the way, anyway? just wondering :>

*a few in the link are the original titles from the explorers game, such as Grovyle the Thief, Dusknoir's Secret, The Only Option, Into the Future , The Secret of the World's Paralysis, A New Dawn , The Guild's Crew, lapras, Final Chapter: The Last Adventure.... *

but the left over titles i'm taking about are the ones after ''Taking Up More Space'' * - https://pokemonfanon.fandom.com/wiki/Pokemon_Mystery_Dungeon_-_Expedition_of_Time#Episodes

Suffices well enough. Some minor grammatical changes:
- "A Midnight Forest Exploring" to "A Midnight Forest Exploration" or "Exploring a Midnight Forest".
- "A Lake Afar Wave Part 1" (and the other parts) to... "A Lake Afar Part 1"? Questions why "wave" is in there.

Would normally not title things before actually doing them. Usually relied on what happened during the section. Draws from more sources of inspiration, as well as making it more unique to you. Recommends asking yourself what stuck out to you. A good/bad turn of luck? A line of dialogue? An important story moment? A character moment? Something surprising to you?

An example: Titled sections for a Castform solo playthrough. Learned a bunch of moves through TMs. Titled that one "The Student Life". Named another one "Budget Avatar" for simply shapechanging a lot. Went with "The Waterproof Power Plant" for using rain in a power plant. Ignored the gym battle in all three of those sections. No rhymes, alliteration, or sayings necessary.

A non-Pokemon example: Currently playing Persona 5 Royal. (Is not recording anything, written or video, beyond a journal entry summary.) Ran across the line "For some reason, 'cats turning into buses' is an extremely widespread cognition among the general public." Bore little relevance to what goes on in the plot. Absolutely names a section after that. May just be "Catbus", "Alexa, search 'cats turning into buses'", or "Greyfeline Bus".

Also, do not sweat the little details too much. Will never start if you do.
