Nickname: Slayer Of The Dawn

Appearance: Nyichi is a ninja of a lean, muscular build. He has unusually beautiful traits that often makes it hard for him 'not' stand out. He has bright sunset hair that reaches shoulder length in the back and chin-length bangs that frames the sides of his cheeks. Nyichi was born with thin, dark eyebrows that tends to make his expressions seem intense and his burning orange eyes hard to gaze into. He has an angular but smooth face that tends to give him a softer look, something that clearly denies the intense expression on his face. On his left ear are three silver studs going up it.
Nyichi's outfit differs from the clothing of regular ninjas. First and foremost Nyichi wears a long white scarf wrapped around his neck, it reaches down to his mid-back. He wears a sleek sleeveless black shirt and dark pants that are covered in various pieces of crimson armor. On his hands are finger-less gloves that stops right below his shoulders. His has a black long-clothed forehead protector wrapped around his head with gouge going through its respective symbol.

History (what were you doing before? What motivated you to be a ninja or a mercenary): In a village not to far from the Hidden Leaf, a small civil war had ensued over the appearance of a orange haired and orange eyed boy. He was considered to be an orphaned, no parents were there to claim hjm and how he had ended up in the village was a complete mystery. But why they were fighting over him was obvious. The boy came to the village in the garbs of a mystic and held tight to a blade said to once belong to an ancient entity. Many of you are probably wondering why they didn't just kill the kid or wrench the blade from his hands. Well that too had a reason. They, for whatever reason could not touch the kid, the blade protected him with a impenetrable jutsu and so it was decided that the first to manipulate him would use him like their own personal weapon.
The small war waged on for two years before one man had finally befriended him. He tricked the kid with kind gestures while others fought violently in bloody combat. The man's name was Takumi Nobu and he, in a dark and twisted way had adopted the mysterious kid. For six years the man pretended to care for him, he had urged Nyichi to annihilate the small village and travel with him to his own village. The two returned to Takumi's home village: Kumogakure after a couple of months of traveling. It was their that the man tossed the boy into the world of ninja's where he excelled with almost supernatural progression. The boy, who was once nothing more then a orphaned scourge had graduated at the top of his class and at the age of eight at that. He was considered to be a prodigy...
Somewhere between playing father and living the life of a crook, the boy's adoptive father was caught by the Lightening's ninjas ripped away from him. Leaving him once again a orphan. By this time little Nyichi had grown friends and was now a fifteen year old Jounin. The village ended up keeping careful watch over him, seeing as he had been brought up by a nefarious crook who in the end had sold out several of his own fellow ninja. Nyichi, in the long run had been refused admittance into the Anbu and instead was ordered to be killed.
Nyichi was on the run for three years, in the process he had created a band of ninja's known simply as the Dawn. It was made up entirely of missing ninja's and was ten strong in its membership. However one by one they had all fallen, whether it was from combat or him. It was then that Nyichi had decided to ally himself with stronger friends. In his journey to do so he had killed several Anbu's and Hunter-nin, eventually becoming a S-Rank Criminal for the blood-drenched extermination of an entire regiment of ninja's and wreaking havoc throughout the land of Lightening. Its been thought that he's traveling alone now but no one truly knows what the Slayer Of The Dawn is really doing.
Personality: Nyichi on the outside is a very carefree and laid back individual. Being the first to crack a joke or tell others how he views their objective before hastily going back to his own duties. He is usually very straight-forwards when it comes to others and combat. This is only further exaggerated upon when he taunts his opponents into attacking him just to see what they can do. Despite all of this though Nyichi often sympathizes with his enemies, usually allowing them to leave alive if he can.
The inside of this youth is much more perceptive then the outer let's on. He is calm and serious, often doing the care-free things he does just to fool those around him. Most of the things he does is to further his own goal of discovering his past. Not many things can upset him but speaking of his past or his involvement of slaughters often agitates him.
Custom Jutsus (5 maximum, describe them accurately please):
Obstruct - Using the blade of the ancients the user is capable of creating a sphere of non-elemental energy that's capable of defending against elemental jutsus. It can block one jutsu every post and leaves the blade useless besides physical attacks for two posts afterwards. This costs a small amount of chakra.
Rise - The user stabs the blade into the earth then infusing his/her chakra in it slashes it upwards towards his opponent. This raises a slicing shockwave towards the users opponent. It reaches in a arching fashion 25ft into the air and travels for 100ft in the direction he sliced. This costs a moderate amount of chakra.
Lightening Release: Shattering Net - The user engulfs their hand in a blue lightening then swiping his/her hand towards their opponent(s) tosses an array of lightening towards them. This lightening can throwing off projectiles and stun opponents coming towards him. This costs a small amount of chakra.
Lightening Release: Roaring Orb - The user creates a perfect marble-size sphere of lightening in his palm then quickly slams his hand into the earth. A moment later a large column of lightening raises out the earth, piercing the clouds above, and chases his opponent for a post. This costs a large amount of chakra.
Wind Release: Dense Twisters - The user creates a dense dome of black wind that creates a mile and half large arena. This arena constantly drains his chakra and cost a larger than large amount of chakra to use. This can only be brought down by the user or the depletion of the users chakra.
Existing Jutsus (5 maximum):
Lightning Release: Armour - The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra that, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate the user's nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses to react faster, and to push physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing for tremendous raw speed. In Nyichi's case the Armour increases his speed, strength, and the overall capabilities of the blade of Ancient's. This constantly drains a large amount of his chakra.
Lightning Release: Shadow Clone - This technique allows the user to make a shadow clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform techniques and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance; and also evenly distributes the user's chakra to each clone. If the clone is injured, it will revert to its natural lightning-state, at the same time electrocuting whatever it is touching. This drains a moderate amount of chakra.
Wind Release: Beast Tearing Gale Palm - It used chakra to infused with and condense a mass amount of wind to form a massive demonic-like claw extending from the user's hand to strike and grab a target, as well as deflect any projectiles and attacks. In addition to making it a deadly short to mid-range weapon, the extending claw also carries tremendous force that can devastate anything in its path without affecting the user, making it useful for dislodging solid and heavy objects. This drains a moderate amount of chakra.

Wait, I just realized something. We can have five canon jutsu?
I think that I may have accidentally had two extra on my SU and caused others to do the same.
If it is okay with JNathan I'd like to keep it at five and five though. Ten jutsu isn't unreasonable for Chuunin and it certainly isn't unreasonable for Jonin and Kurotenshi.

I think everyone should do their ninja's stats in the table format, that way it is very easy to compare relative strengths.
X/10 would be the most accurate, and I like the categories Yamagi has. 9 in total

I'm pretty sure I overshot 10 on Klicer's SU if you combine her singular ones and the ones with Soneshi. ~_~ I just though that each section would be counted separately and each had a max of 5.
If you want to put your stats into a table rather than posting them separately edit them into your SU.
Also, I would prefer if you used the style of the data books where you score out of five.
Also you should bare in mind what your characters rank etc is when writing out stats - although this shouldn't be taken as a steadfast rule.

Does this seem a bit OP? Also, I've added two more canon jutsu to my SU. I was wondering, would it be okay if I replaced one with a forbidden technique, or are those out?

Haru is formidable when it comes to taijutsu, but he prefers to let his ninjutsu do the fighting.
Ninjutsu: 9/10
Haru's ninjutsu skill is known throughout the ninja world. Specifically his fire jutsu. He has devastating skill.
Genjutsu: 5/10
Average. He tends to ignore genjutsu, although he can see through them with a bit of effort.
Stamina: 8/10
Haru's stamina is great, seeing as he can withstand a brawl for at least a day or two.
Chakra: 8/10
Haru's chakra control is powerful, so he can see through most genjutsu, except for the strongest one. His chakra level is abnormally high as well, seeing as most of his jutsus require a lot of chakra.
Intelligence: 9/10 (You guys have read my posts)
Haru was a borderline genius before he left the Leaf, and has maintained a network of informants in every corner of the ninja world since, making him well-informed of almost every noteworthy event. He refers to his informants as "Little Birds."

Haru is relatively strong, but he is no muscle man. He is a bit above average.
Speed: 6/10
Haru is fast in terms of regular humans. His top speed is around forty miles per hour, but he is more of a stamina-runner. He can run for days without tiring.

Haru is quite speedy with his handsigns, but he isn't necessarily the best with them.

I made a Table. Again it's probably not accurate, as the most accurate thing would be just to see how the characters play out in the RP.
Skills:
Ninjutsu: 5
Excelling mainly in Water Jutsu, most his Ninjutsu is used for team fights rather than an individual fight, preferring to combo them with the others. However, he has complete control over all of them, and is able to use his Chakra to create water for his Jutsus.
Taijutsu: 5
Although it may not look like it, his Taijutsu skill is his one of his more powerful fighting techniques. Although the sword on his back hasn't sen much use in an actual fight, when he does bring it out it can get rather deadly.
Genjutsu: 3.5
Kind of hard for him to learn, Genjutsu was always his difficult thing to learn. However, he tries to compensate for this by only knowing a single Genjutsu move, and raising his stats in Ninjutsu and Taijutsu.
Intelligence: 2.5
Doesn't really care for the rules, and is often oblivious to the world around him. It's not like he's dumb, he's just really laid back which causes him to not pay attention as much.
