Man, those HP bars are beautiful. I just wish the actual HP bar was a little larger.
 
Ive been thinking

I could be completly wrong but ive been thinking of the extra bit on the Hp bar. Mabey it could get cloured with what ever status effect you got for example if i have a charmander that is frozen it will be lite blue and if he burns the rival pokemon theres will go red

I got bored and ithought of it let me now what you think
 
Okay. look at the battle picture, and you will notice that giratina's sprite has a shadow coming from under it, but its not even touching the ground/platform. looks to me like somebody just ripped the sprite and pasted it onto the picture. I dont know, but the new status bar doesnt look right to me either.

Mhh yeah but you know that the screens are official and Platinum got confirmed, do you? Pokemon has a new part on their site called platinum....The link is here:

Yeah, Elite 4 Sam, keep track of releases. I still don't know where that platform is, it's really annoying. I can't wait for the release (i've said that numerous times!), but i reckon i need to put Platinum second, as, of course, Darkrai is coming out VERY soon. One of the features i have high expectations for is the wi-fi underground. I think we'll be able to mine with our friends via wi-fi.. sounds very cool!
 
Hmm im searching the whole jap site in googlation. Im not going to stop searchin till i find more info.
I stopped searchin cause evrythin went to the special space and im sorry but you have to look at the animation for platinum.
 
That's Darkcookie.. always searchin'! I'd love to know MORE and MORE about Platinum.. as i've said WAY to many times, i hate not knowing the slightest fact about this! Do you still think there is yet another "perk" to this game? I hope the storyline will be, you know, a bit longer and a bit more detailed. I think Pearl and Diamond's story line, just.. ended abruptly. In my opinion, they should make a bigger, better storyline! There will probably be another part to the storyline about Giratina.. anybody who has more info, please say!
 
Sure is! They put alot of thought and work into those animations. Imagine in the future, when other 3rd games are released! But, of course, there is another event happening lately. The US Darkrai, remember? Anyway, still can't hide my excitement of the Pokémon future.. Can't wait to get ALL THREE of those legendaries in my party.. it'll be so cool or what? I bet absolutely LOADS of people will buy Platinum the second it came out.. it might be a sell out, if it's really popular!

The various animations seem to be advertising first Pokémon Platinum Version, then the 11th Pokémon movie, then a Shaymin giveaway on 7/19, then the fact that Darkrai's in Pokémon Ranger 2, and finally something about the TCG.

Anyway, maybe they'll have Pokémon Platinum sort of upgrade PBR, like Crystal did with Stadium 2.

Some guy at a Japanese printing company has leaked that Shaymin is getting a Sky Forme (as Nintendo spell it :P).

This particular form decipts wings, contradictory to the previously theorised ice form. Thoughts?
 
It looks like it's going to have better speed stats in the sky form. But it sure looks female-like to me.
How many forms is it going to have?
 
Ah, I actually like the look of that Shaymin form. Grass/Flying type... It will be the first of it's kind won't it? Looks like it will be weak to Fire, Ice, Poison, Flying and Rock, with 4x to Ice.

I have been waiting for the third edition! It looks cool, also, is Shaymin going to be a non-event legendary? Because I had to use a cheat code on my R4 Diamond to get Shaymin for Pearl. I didn't have time to read ALL the posts, so if this has already been asked sorry... I only read the first post haha xD
The game looks like it will be worth the wait and money... :D

Actually Tropius is also a Flying/Grass type :P
I think that form of Shaymin looks much better than the last one. the little leaf wings are a nice touch ^^
