    Hi there everyone [: My name is Shhmew (or Mewshie, or you can be boring and call me by my real name, Katey) and I'm from another Pokemon forum. I've heard lots of things about Pokecommunity, and I've known a lot of people who visited here, and it sounds very well put together and nice. I've always wanted to give it a shot... I signed up a while ago I think, but didn't really feel into trying it, well now I think I'm actually going to put in a real effort!

    Let's see, Pokemon wise, I've been into Pokemon since I was like 6, when red and blue came out. I've always been a huge fan though my interest kind of wavered around 4th - 5th gen. I really really loved X & Y though! It really impressed me.

    I'm a very casual player, I might do some breeding here or there but I don't battle competitively or try to complete the Pokedex or anything fun like that.

    My favorite Pokemon is probably Ninetales. I also really love Mew and Flareon. Sylveon too! ooh and Purugly. And Furfrou! And Dragonite and Raichu-- okay well I like a lot of Pokemon a whole lot but Ninetales, Mew, and Flareon are probably my top 3. sylveon's very close behind

    Non-Pokemon wise, I really like to make art, and write, but I haven't done those things too much lately. I loove watching interesting things like good TV shows and youtube stuff, especially stuff that makes me think and stuff. Wow I'm saying stuff too much.

    Anyway, don't wanna ramble on too much, I have some exploring to do of the site! I wonder if I'll see anyone I know here... and I'm looking forward to meeting lots of new people <3

    Aw yeah, we are a really good forum. Lots to do and people to meet so you'll undoubtedly have a good time! Hopefully this time around you'll give us a shot and stick around for a bit.. or for a long time preferably, heh. Since you've been into Pokemon for so long it means you'll have that much more to do here. :) You can discuss absolutely anything regarding Pokemon here from the games to the anime and even Pokemon-related forum games and trivia. You are in for an awesome time indeed.

    You seem like a pretty darn interesting person, too. Why not consider sharing your art with us in the art/writing board? We would love to see what you can do and share your work. Just a suggestion. Though it's understandable if you don't do them too often.. I've been so lazy with art lately, ugh. >.< But I've started creating art a bit more now as I luckily got a really nice drawing tablet for the holidays; gotta put that bad boy to use.

    Aw, cute name, Shhmew. <3 Welcome to PokéCommunity; glad you've decided to join us! I've been into the franchise since I was six as well; was introduced to it by my dad, if I remember correctly, when he gifted me Pokémon Blue as a Christmas present. Loved the game, and would play it every day whenever I got the chance. It was extremely addicting for me, haha. Which was your first game? I'm quite a huge fan of X and Y, too. I got myself Pokémon Y, as I'm a really big fan of all its version-exclusives. n__n Took me only about a week or two to finish this game. Planning to get myself X as well, but not exactly sure when, though... if I don't end up buying it, then I'll difinitely be getting their third version whenever they decide to release it. What are some of your favorite features? Personally, I really like character customization; it's a dream come true for me, as I've always wanted to personalize my players and make 'em my own. I like Friend Safari, too, since it promotes the usage of FCs.

    Since you like breeding, you should probably check out our Trade Corner forum. We've got a lot of people over there who're interested in these kind of things; you'll be able to make friends pretty easily. Ninetales is your favorite Pokémon? Cool! It's one of my favorites as well--right behind Vulpix. Few of my other favorites would be Scizor, Cresselia, Skarmory, Dusknoir, Whimsicott, and Sableye. Sableye may not look that well, but I like it due to competitive reasons only. xD"

    OMG that's one adorable name you have there gurl. Welcome to PC, Katey!

    I've heard of stories where people have heard of us but never signed up until ages later so yeah nice to see you finally joined. As the others have suggested, you might want to check out the Art & Design section if you're interested in art and also showing your artistic talent yourself. But I'm sure you can stick around and enjoy the rest of the forum since there's so much you can do here.

    Well, no matter where you decide to focus I'm sure you'll make some new friends and if you ever need help just ask any of the helpful staff, or in fact even some of the members in general. I'm always excited to meet new guys, so feel free to leave me a visitor message if you ever need a chat. Have fun and enjoy your time here!

    My very first Pokemon game was Blue version. I was so little I could barely play the game, I could hardly read, I just remember having a Charmander and not being able to beat Brock until I evolved Metapod into Butterfree... o3o

    The character customization was amazing, umg, I was so happy I could be unique with my character haha. I also loved Pokemon Amie a lot more than most people... it's just so adorable playing with Pokemon in there. It makes even the biggest and scariest Pokemon look so docile and darling~ I also like the 3D models; at first I was sad they were getting rid of sprites, and I thought the models would look choppy and unappealing. But after playing the game I must say the models and battle animations are striking.

    I don't think It would break the advertising rule because it's just part of the conversation :P But I'm glad you are enjoying the forums so far! :D I'd say I'll see you around, but I stick almost strictly to the rom hacking forums :p

    This forum is definitely wonderful; I've met some really great people here, and everyone is just oh, so friendly. You should stick around with us! We would be thrilled to have you on board, and become really great friends with you! Pokemon-related, we try and keep that pokemon spirit alive, by discussing our favourite topics about pokemon! Especially Pokemon X, and Pokemon Y; they're are such great games, true, and it's pretty popular among the members of the forum, so, don't be shy on speaking with them! You'll probably share a lot of common interests with them, and no doubt you'll become great friends with them. <3

    Oh, I absolutely adore Raichu and Sylveon. Dragonite and Flareon too! Such really cool and great pokemon to have around; I really enjoyed using Sylveon over at Pokemon Y, and I hope to train one up in the future! What kinds of TV do you like watching? I watch a few ones here and there, like the Big Bang Theory and whatnot. Why don't you try checking out the Culture & Media board too, and discuss your favourite TV shows with everyone? Just a small suggestion to help you familiarize yourself with the forums! I do recommend trying out every board here; you'll probably like them, and would want to remain active! :3
