Ohmigod my friend is getting arrested!

Thanks. I've been texting him and I asked him if I was important, his answer was "Of course." I asked him would he hurt me, he replied with a "Hell no! I'd never hurt you." I asked him, what would you do if you DID hurt me, like, make me cry. He said "I'd hug you and tell you that you are so important to me and I would never make you cry again." I asked him if I left, what would he do. He said "I would ****** die!" I asked him if tomorrow was my last day, what would he say to me now and he said "I'd say I love you forever no matter what."

This is all true, I have the texts to prove it. And he was like, the best friend I ever had.
 
What? Why would he admittingly say he'd hit you anyway?
 
I hate snitches. They ruin all the fun.
 
I don't like drunk people. They get all angry and start throwing things at you for no apparent reason.
 
Well, I'm done with him. Why? He is in jail.

He got charged for murder, drinking, and illegal substances. 12 years for him or a bail of $1000000. But he is getting bailed out in 10 days.

Don't ask me how this started, it just did. So I am done with him for real.

He's going to jail for 12 years on actual murder?

His bail is set at 1 Million dollars?

Am I high right now or am I really reading this? This doesn't make any sense at all and sorta reeks of BS.

""Loren got blood work and drug tested. Well they found alchohal, they let that slide. They found marijuana,they let that sliede. I overheard a cop. They said loren has warrants in nine states! They took him to jail. he is charged with 15 things. either in jail for 12 years or $1000000 bail.""

And the other one

""Lorens charged in 5 cases of illegal substances, 3 for assault with a deadly weapon, and a classified case. But it's for the murder of 6 people in self defense""

BS? No. Real? Yes. Btw, he is 15.

Someone is willing to pay the fine of one million dollars to bail out a fifteen year old kid who was charged with "murder, drinking, and illegal substances"? I don't like to call others a liar, but this seems like a lie or a highly exaggerated impression of what could only be an amount of time in juvenile detention.

Loren was found guilty in the murder of 6 people. They put him on City Probation meaning he can't leave Mooresvillle, or he gets life in prison. And if he gets in trouble, life in prison.
 
There is no way that a guy can have probation for killing 6 people!!
I studied law and i promise its either sentenced to life or (i doubt this) death sentence!!
 
He deserved that. Completley illegal stuff.

Oh well, I guess that sucks. I guess there's not much we can do to help. I mean, he DID do something stupid. You may want to rethink your friends while you're at it - sometimes you can get blamed for similar stuff if you're with the wrong people.

EDIT: Just noticed the 6 people thing.

I disagree with most people on this thread. I mean, sure, he was a bit of an idiot drinking underage and he did deserved to be arrested. If he spent the night in jail or something--I hope he did--then he probably learned a good lesson from it, and that's a very good thing.

However, this is no reason to stop being his friend. That would be abandoning him. It seems he has a problem, and that's what friends are for: helping to resolve problems. You need to help him out. I don't know anything about your personal life, but maybe he was drinking because his friends didn't hang out with him enough? Boredom, stress, loneliness; these can all encourage someone to drink.

Summary: Stay his friend. You may be able to help him.

Oh... then it's worse than I thought. You should have said that on the first post. Now I don't know. He's dangerous. So yeah, this changes things. Maybe you're not considering your friends carefully enough? You may have gotten yourself in a pickle here.

Actually, I only say "rethink your friends" because you are oftentimes judged by who you are around. Many people thought I was literally an insane, drooling fangirl Otaku ass wipe because I had a "friend" who was one. Now I'm a recluse and have no such image : D

Besides, honestly, what more can you do? It's not like you can fight against a Breathalyzer test.

I'm not saying "DITCH 'EM!", but I think you should reconsider what kind of status that person holds in your life.

Well, now i feel stupid as if I was trolled.

I don't know of any state where 6 murders equates to only 12 years.
