2 things happen when I nap.

1. I'm refreshed and happy that I took the nap
2. I wake up super late and barely feel rested

in the case of 2 just nap some more. the cycle continues until you feel fully rested

Man, I love dreams but I'm kind of getting tired of barely getting deep sleep. I feel like my sleep is 80% dreams and my dreams are TIRING. So I basically get tired out while sleeping. Lol
