Yeah I like it staying lighter longer :c

I'm a winter kid, speaking of, for my 28th I may do the following:
quit tumblr
go on a diet

Here in winter, it gets dark at like half past 4ish... depressing to say the least, but I don't despise winter, actually I prefer it over the summer because it's less annoying than drowning in your own sweat.

Hello!
It just got dark here and it's half past nine, there's also a pleasant breeze which makes the weather really enjoyable, good because I'm gonna hang out with some friends shortly.

I'm also fall by northern hemisphere seasons, but since I live on the opposite side of things I call my month's season being during the spring instead.

I can't imagine moving to Australia. I'd be so confused by the seasons. ;o; You guys have Christmas in the summer time. I just can't deal with that. XD

It does feel weird having Christmas in the summer, not helped easily by those hot nights as well. But at least it means you can go to the beach or enjoy a nice barbecue for your festivities.

I think in an ideal world I'd be able to travel between Australia and the UK freely so I would never have to experience summer.

The jet lag would be so strong... I had to get used to the one hour difference when I went to Dublin on my first plane flight, can't imagine how I would deal with that.

I've thought about how I'd cope with jetlag, and outside of timing flights so I arrive at night and just staying up a few extra hours, I probably wouldn't. I have a fixed sleep schedule. xD
